I have it, played it once online and about 5 hours single player.  Still have the box and everything with it.  Shoot me an offer?

No problem - I wasn't trying to get a faster answer.  Just trying to be upfront with anyone else here that I was interested in your COD 4 and had dibs on it. 

FWIW, I decided not to take it, so it is available to other interested buyers.
