How is Noctropolis? The idea sounds interesting, but how is the game itself?

Other than the fact the game is -OLD-, it's a point-and-click adventure game.  It's not bad, when I played it, just never finished it due to frustration  It got -tricky-.

It's kinda like a dark Superhero tale.
