Anyone have a DS system they are willing to let go of?   I need one that plays the Gameboy advance games.

I have one that I would trade. I don't have the charger though. It's a launch system that is blue. It still works as of 6 months ago, but my cat chewed through the charger and I haven't bothered to replace it.

Do the newer chargers work on these original systems or were they different?

They use the same charger that the GBA SP uses, which is different than the DS Llte and 3DS charger. You can buy them cheap at Gamestop though.

Anyway I would take a game trade or cash for it. Not sure how much it's worth.

Chargers:

DS Lite is same as DS
DSi, DSiXL and 3DS are the same.

I know this first-hand.

Thanks Scraper!   I got the system and it works great.   Hope you are enjoying Zelda.

My Pokemon Emerald turned out counterfeit and thus wouldn't even let me save the game.  frown

When I got my 3ds GameStop was running a special... I got 80 bucks for a launch ds... Pretty damned surprised as was the employees there...
