LF: Windows 7 Home Premium

I need to re-install Windows - my Vista OEM is beyond saving.  So I'm looking to upgrade to Windows 7 64-bit.  

If you have a product key that is legal and fully functional for me to use, that would be great, or a boxed copy.  I don't know the legalities - if this can't work, I'll delete the thread.  I'd prefer to download it, using the product key, as I'd like to do it today while I have time.  I can trade things or of course pay if the price is right.  $199.00 is very steep, and I can't get the upgrade version, as I have 32-bit Vista.  PM me with offers for sale or for trade!

I can't find any info about this site, and I'm 99% sure this is not the real Dre website...  I'm still looking into this.  If it sounds too good to be true, it must not be true...
Edit 2:  It's a rip off.  The real website is not "beatsking" it's "beatsbydre" but there is a "Server too busy" screen when trying to get there.

I actually just got an accidental second copy of this from an order I made through NewEgg a couple weeks ago.  For some reason it is the one thing in my order they won't give me an RMA number for online, so this would work out perfect for me.

Just to be clear, this is the Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OEM/System Builder pack (this one), unopened in the package.  I paid $99.99 plus shipping for it, so if you can get close to that price I'd be happy to send the you key for today and then mail the disc and stuff as well.  I'd prefer an Amazon giftcard, though we can talk in PM if you're interested.
