I can't locate my Sid Meier's Pirates! anywhere, so I'm looking to buy/trade a new copy.  I'm looking for the newer, updated one, and it needs to have the spiral manual and map with it...

I can buy it or trade other PC games for it.  Your help is most appreciated!

It's $2.49 in the Steam sale right now. I doubt you'll get it cheaper than that here.

[Edit] I didn't notice you specifically wanted the map and spiral bound manual. This or ebay is probably your only hope, as the boxed version I bought my son last year no longer had those.

I've got it, but I won't be back to OKC until around Jan 10th...currently on leave in Phoenix.  If you're still looking then, shoot me a PM and we'll come up with a deal.
