LF: PCI-E Video Card

My 7 year old rig (AGP!) finally died. Money's tight right now (in the middle of a divorce), but I managed to get my hands on an older Dell rig from a local computer shop for $50. It came without a HDD or memory, but I was able to scavenge those locally. I need a low end PCI-E video card to replace the integrated video on the mobo.
If you've got an old one laying around that you'd like to see get a new home, LMK what you want for it and I'll see if I can swing it. I might have to wait until the 15th depending on the price, but I need one regardless.
Thanks.

I've got an old GeForce 6600 GT sitting around that I'd be willing to send. I don't know the last time it was used so I can't guarantee much with it, but I'll give it to you for free if you don't find anything better.

assuming you have the power supply and if it's any better than the 6600, I also have a 1900xt which was the best dx9 card at the time it was released.
yours for shipping.

The power supply in this Dell is a measly 300w. It used to be a government computer...the power supply in my dead rig is 420w. Looks like a PSU of 450w+ is recommended for the 1900XT. Regardless, I can probably find a larger power supply on the cheap with Black Friday approaching.
Can both of you PM me your addresses and I'll mail out a MO to you each for $10 for shipping?
