FT/FS: KOTOR (PC), possibly Doom 3

Doom 3 is collecting dust on my shelf and I'm not sure when I'll be able to get back to it.  In addition, I recently picked up KOTOR and it just isn't my thing.  

I'm looking for Rome: Total War, a good recent RTS, RPG, adventure, FPS and/or anything else you think might pique my interest, including cold, hard cash.  

I have some old (old) freebies that I could toss in, like Myst or SimMania.
