I've had multiple games installed at the same time, such as Infinity Blade II, Avadon, Tiger Woods, Ticket to Ride, and Scribblenauts without any storage issues. With iCloud and Netflix, I've never felt the need to worry, even though I've barely used iCloud. Netflix works flawlessly.
