You pay shipping, and I send you this wheel.  Last time I plugged it in, it worked great.

We are moving, and I am getting rid of unused stuff - this seems like the best place to find someone who would use this.

I have not used it in Windows 7/8, but it's USB, so I'm assuming it works.
