That is the current deal over at Woot.com.  You can choose between black, white or brown. 

Worth noting is the fact that Microsoft has said that when the new Zune is released they will fully support these older models upgrading to the new firmware to get all the new functionality (minus the new zippy touchpad thing, of course). 

I ordered one when they had the deal last weekend with only the black models and it should be arriving tomorrow.  Reports from people that have already received theirs are that the units are still in sealed retail packaging even though it says factory refurbished.  Possible they are clearing them out before the new models hit in November.  Either way you get the full 1 year warranty.

Finally got mine from FedEx today.  The package and Zune say Refurbished on them, but the unit is in near mint condition and comes in the standard package with all the goodies like a regular retail product.  Now I just need to figure out this silly Zune software and such.

I really like the Zune.  I've had mine for a little over 4 months now, I guess.  I bought it as a good deal at $180 from Staples.com.  How a few months change things!  The only things that I'm not a big fan of are the shuffle function and the Zune software.  I know that with the updates next week, the software will be replaced.  I just hope they address the shuffle function too.

For those that got the refurbs:
Was there a ZunePass trial code in your box?  I think the Zunes are supposed to come with one but I can't seem to find it anywhere in the box.  Do the refurbs just not have it, or did I just get unlucky to not have one?

I got a refurb and didn't get a ZonePass trial in my box.  I wasn't aware that new ones came with that.  Bummer, I guess I can't complain too much since I got it for half of retail price.
