Pretty much, but I am still holding out. I know I won't play it any time soon so I can wait until the next Steam summer sale at least.

You can buy both available on GMG with the code, but not in the same transaction (though either will work with the ~68% off the game proper).

Given that it's Feb and XCOM is still full price, the steam summer sale is likely only going to dip it 50%. If you're interested in it before the next xmas sale, it's as good a time as any (though I have been known to eat my words )
