Blatantly ripped from slickdeals. http://www.xbox.com/en-US/Live/Hulu-Plus/Jack-LinksI was able to extend my sub 1 month at a time for a grand total of 5 times (5 months). Just keep doing it until the system says "NO MAS!" |

this is a great deal BUT make sure you cancel the auto renewal or they will bang you on this. Also for some reason I was only allowed to extend 4 times.

It took me from may 22nd to nov. 22nd. i had purchased the renewal option at 39.99 a while back when live was running a sale on subscriptions. not sure how that's handled as it stated I had to have auto renewal turned on. supposedly, the new price would be applied at that point.  |

I got 5. With this and the card deals in the past, I'm now Gold through mid November next year before having to worry about auto-renewal. There should be news about the new XBox by then.

Check the renewal date against your card expiration. If the card expires first, don't worry about it.

I keep seeing this about canceling auto renewal. Is this just a concern that you forget about it and end up paying full price, or is there more to it that I just don't get? |

lol... It goes up to $9.99 per month if you dont forget to turn off auto renewal. Of course you cant simply log into your Live account and turn it off, they make you call and do it.
