As far as I know of, yes.

I saw one good link before - they're having a 'buy one accessory, get one 50% off' deal. Go grab a 4000 point Live card and get one for 50% off. Saves like $20 or so.

dang, there's games on there that I want but they're not ones I'm willing to pay 40 bucks for.  I'll have to wait for the next sale and hopefully The Darkness, Stranglehold and Transformers will have had price drops by then.

Yes it is. I have this version and I got it at 39.99 about a month ago as a price match to a sale CC was having so $29.99 is a great deal

Buy 2, get 1 free seems to be working in-store, too.  At least it was at my local B&M. Good for all video games in stock, all systems.
