yikes, seems BOP is gimped on the pc. doesn't have the paradise island dlc.

I think there are aspects missing from the console but ultimate contains all of the dlc for the pc.

according to what I've found they never brought the island DLC over, and aren't going to.

EDIT: Ok, from the Prey page on Steam...something about 2K games running out of keys.

Glad I grabbed Prey this morning then.  Maybe it's just my small sample size when comparing to other FPS', but I'm really enjoying it.

For the price (the 1 day steam deal) it's a good game. Had a blast this morning - feels like the old need for speed but with a more vibrant atmosphere and more

Just bought Ghostmaster as well smile

I have.  It's a charming little game, lots of personality, sort of a puzzle/platform/RPG-lite I guess.  I only played about a handful of hours but enjoyed it.  Certainly worth it for a few bucks unless you just hate little indie games.

I already know I'll break at least 100 during this whole sale, I'll probably get close to 200.

[edit] right now, according to the mailed receipts, I've bought 16 games with a total of 67.16 spent.  that's about 4.20 per game, and I still haven't gotten the TellTale pack.

Without naming any particular games, I just have to warn people that a $10 game you won't enjoy is no better deal than a $50 game that you probably will enjoy. icon_smile

That said, if Dragon Age Origins ever drifts down in price, I might finally get on that particular bandwagon.

True, but if you're on the fence about a game, $10 is a lot less of a risk than $50.

I use this as an opportunity to revist games I might have wanted to try at the time but for whatever reason didn't get round to it. It's also opened up my eyes to some wonderful other games, really enjoying Cogs and I think Ghostmaster will get more play time than £1 should warrant smile

unfortunately I already have the others so Colonization will the only one I brab.

[edit]looks like there's also Call of Duty: World at War on sale for $24.99, knocking Civ 4 Beyond the Sword off the list (but it's still on sale)

[edit again] and now FIFA manager 10 is showing up there for $33.49, Knocking Civ Colonization of, same deal as above.

I'm amazed that CoD5 is still selling for $24.99 in this massive sale.  It's absolutely crazy how much the CoD games hold their value.  Seems silly that I can buy several absolute classic games for the cost of CoD5.

I'm always interested to see how many games sell in these 1 day sales. Cogs posted on there facebook page

The $2 sale was crazy successful! 13,330 copies sold at the end of the day. If you missed it you can still buy Cogs for half off on Steam up until next Sunday!
