Both Amazon and Greenman Gaming are offering incentives for preordering the game.  Amazon is offering 10% off plus a $10 credit plus a free mission DLC.  GMG is offering 10% off plus either $8 cash back or a $12 GMG credit.  They also have a tiered reward system depending on the number of preorders.  The first bonus (already unlocked) is the same DLC as Amazon, the second tier is Spec Ops : The Line for free, and the third is XCOM : Enemy Unknown, its DLC, plus the four classic XCom games.

Not a bad deal at all.  I think this title is going to surprise people.  It looks like a good blend of Enemy Unknown and a cover-based shooter.  In the end, proof is in the pudding - I'm reserving my judgment until I get to play it myself.

I'll just wait for the reviews and the next Steam sale.  icon_cool

looks like Steam is doing the same thing as Green Man except without the cash back or credit.  Seems like GMG is the best deal so far and the game activates on Steam.

Because I can,
also because I don't care what you want.

good find eddie im actually very interested in this one (even more so after getting a "true" xcom as well!) even though there were several points during its dev process that i NEVER thought it would come out

i might nab the amazon version as i love stockpiling credits (all the odds and bodkins i can never find locally seem to be there)
