Well I decided to pick it up for $7.50 with the IGN discount.  Registers on Steam and you get all 4 DLC's. I'm not even going to bother playing it for at least a couple of months though.  I'm seriously doubtful as to whether this game will ever get an expansion so no point waiting around for the "complete" version.  Who knows, if they ever get around to fixing it then it might actually be worth selling at full price! smile
