Thinking I'm gonna finally pick up 'Mass Effect 1' for 10 bucks.. otherwise, not tempted by anything else. Want to play 'Dead Rising 2' and 'Darksiders', but on my PS3.

Interested in a number of those (Blur, Blood Bowl, and Risen), but vowed I wasn't going to buy anything over $10 during this sale.  I might give Darksiders another shot though.  I didn't care for it much on 360, but think that had lots to do with being distracted with other titles at the time.

Darksiders is one of the best THQ published titles that I've played.

When it came out it was a rough port, not sure if they patched it or not.

Whoah, simulation day today - Silent Hunter 3,4, 5, Wings of Prey, Op FP Dragon Rising all for less than $10! I'm picking up Wings of Prey for my son's PC  and I'm getting 2 copies of one of the Silent Hunters.

I played it tag team on a friends PS3 and no it's not that bad a game and IMO somewhat underrated. I think Codemaster got some thumbs down on it because they tried to straddle the middle ground between hardcore simulation-shooter like the original Ops Flashpoint and easier tactical shooters like GRAW and BIA. It's still more challenging game than those latter 2. Some weren't very impressed with the AI, but I personally don't think it's as bad as a number of reviewers made out. The other problem is that it really didn't best what Bohemia Interactive (original OPS FP dev studio) came up with for ARMA II - the latter is just a better game all around. If you like difficult shooters, it's definitely worth $3.

Patrician IV for $7.50.  I do loves me some trading sims.  Is this one worth it?

I liked OF: Dragon Rising... Even the mission editor is worth the $3 to practice/set up different scenarios.  It's easy to use, test, and make adjustments to.

You want The Dragon Knight Saga.  and yes, anything can go on sale during the daily sales.  I bought ME2 on Monday for 15 bucks, and today it's only 10.  luckily it was only a 5 buck drop, so I'm not annoyed, but another example is The Grue buying Railworks 2 for 20 bucks, only to have it drop to 6 a couple of days later.

waiting could hurt less in the long run (plus buckeye fans already got kicked around today with those suspensions).

You won't find a bigger Buckeye fan than me but they deserve to not play another game for what they sold, those items should have meant pride in owning but I guess not.  Anyways i guess I can wait to see what happens with the sales, how long is the 33% off going to last?

In agreement here.  There has been a few that piqued my interest but on a whole not nearly as good as in the past.  The large packs are great deals but not being able to gift the duplicates make them useless for me.

Yeah, I bought it the other day and played it last night.  Very cool game that uses the recording mechanic from the latest Ratchet and Clank game as the basis for its puzzles.  The music and art style are wonderful.

I picked up Wings of Prey tonight. WW2 dogfighter.

Actually there's a lot more mud moving in it than dogfighting. Still an exellent game - I beat the campaign in the 360 version and still play the extra missions every other week.
