Oddworld has me tempted.

Me too. Anyone try Munch's Oddysee?

I liked it better than Abe's Oddysee. I finished it on XBOX, IIRC.

Anyone going for Death Spank Thongs of Virtue? Looks good. I have played (and enjoyed Torchlight) but didn't play the original Death Spank.

picked up FEAR2 and Bad Company 2 so far.

Don't think I'm going to pick up too many games this year.  Nothing new (or old) games catching my eye for the right price.  But then, that's what I told myself last year.   Tongue

so I take it some of the indie packs you can't buy right now? and by some I mean all but 2.

if it's like the Thanksgiving sale it'll be one ro two released each day.
It looks like the other packs are online now.  Heck, I figure if there's any with at least 2 games I want in them it's worth it.

The 2k pack blows my mind:

Bioshock
Bioshock 2
Civ III
Civ IV (plus expansions)
Mafia
Mafia II (plus DLC)
Borderlands (plus DLC)
NBA 2k10 & 11
All the Strongholds
All the XCOMs
And more...

All for under $80. That's a TON of gaming.

Bought the FEAR package. Never played pt 2 or the addons to the first one. Installing FEAR2 now. I had the Deus Ex pack in my cart until I checked my games list and saw I already owned both of them.

I have so many games it's pathetic, I have almost filled up a 1TB drive with just Steam Games.

Oddworld Pack
Battlefield 2  - Have on 360 but want the updated graphics.
Indie Fantasy Pack
Armed and Dangerous
Fear 2 and DLC - Have the 360 version but never played the DLC.

Still contemplating the Fallout 3 Everything deal for $20.  They have some great mods and I didn't play the Pit or the Alien DLC.

definitely in on the oddworld pack for myself, plus portal for gifts, and maybe super meat boy for the extra content.

i also have the two indie packs i was eyeballing earlier.

i need to find that site that lists games by their discounts to see how many super cheap games are on the list.  misadventures of pb winterbottom for fifty cents is insane.

Am I right in assuming that everything that's on sale (other than the daily deals, of course) will be on sale through the end of the promotion?

Picked up Battlefield: Bad Company 2 for $6.25. It's been a long time since I played a battlefield game, but I felt I needed a shooter that wasn't CoD style.

I've seen this for sale twice now but I've passed it up both times because I'm just afraid it's old enough to where no one is playing it online much. That's basically all that game is. I'd hate to buy it to find out it's dead.

Damnit. I haven't even played some of the games I bought during LAST year's holiday sale! The Void, Evil Genius, Psychonauts, Overlord 2, DarkStar One, Riddick... screw this.

I've only got my eyes on a cheaper Mafia 2 this time around.

Today I picked up -
FEAR
Patricians & Merchants Bundle (The Great Art Race, DarkStar One, and Patrician 3)
Judge Dredd : Dredd vs. Death

Total - $6.17

I'll be getting at least three of the indie bundles and have my eye on some other games as well.
