Eador looks pretty interesting, but all the reviews say it had massive bugs upon release.  Anyone know if they got those ironed out?

I believe we are pretty much done with bugs in general, though there could be some just because the game is really big in terms of content and gameplay. Yes, you can run the tutorial - just start the New campaign mode.

on the same note, I'm hoping Infestation, formerly know as Douchebaggery War Z, doesn't win, or if it does they put a big disclaimer on it letting people know about all the idiocy from its launch.

I seem to be missing a 4th title in the Flash sale, probably something I can't buy from my region. Can someone tell me what the missing title is?

The ones I have are: The Testament of Sherlock Holmes, Mass Effect 2 and Trine 2.

Thanks!

Left 4 Dead 2 won the Community Vote... I'm starting to wonder about these things, you'd think everyone would have that title by now, unless people are just voting at random.  At least 'Not War Z' didn't win.

so far:

Trauma
Call of Juarez: Gunslinger
Anti-Chamber
Counterstrike GO

plus The Walking Dead: 400 Days to round out the cart since it more than likely won't be on sale for much cheaper if at all.  so far I have an extra Reus card and 2 extra Tomb Raider cards.

you realize The Walking Dead: 400 Days is normally $4.99... right?

yeah, that's why I said that 'more than likely it won't be on sale for much cheaper if at all'.  Maybe it'll go down a buck, but since it's a relatively new release I'd be surprised if we saw even that much of a discount.  I figure the 5 short stories will work well with breaks in between papers this weekend.

Should have waited Tongue
It's now $2.50 at gamestop.com which you can install on steam

oooo.. Wargame European Escalation is only $4.99 right now... that's tempting.  I see it's also bundled with the newest version for $21.99, but I'm not sure how I would like the series so the former option will work better.

I also have a friend who's played extensively across all five major patches (80+ hours on Steam) who agrees that pretty much all his glitchiness has been resolved.  The interface takes a fair bit of wrangling, but apparently it's nothing but a bump in the learning curve once you finally learn your way around it.

(I have not played Eador myself, though I did just buy it from the Steam sale on his recommendation.)

I am tempted by AC3, though I probably won't have a chance to play it before the Winter sale when it will likely be cheaper.

Mark of the Ninja is definitely worth that price. A fun stealth side scroller.

Was hoping DMC might be cheaper. Guess I'll wait on that one.

Playing the Secret World now and while the interface/combat is a bit quirky initially its a pretty fun MMO. There are a lot of puzzle oriented quests, some of which are telegraphed by showing the location on the map where to go, but not all of them are like that. Some you might get a clue like the newspaper clipping and have to figure out from that what the answer to a riddle is. Some really neat "real-world" locations in it to. Still in the first area, which is like a Lovecraftian town which is a lot of fun. But have been to New York, Korea, London and see Transylvania is a location too.

It was $10 not too long ago on GMG or Amazon but at $15 that's not a bad price either.

Sleeping Dogs: yes, if you like martial arts and an open world.  the timing of the combat can take some getting used to, but I had a blast.

Alan Wake: at that price I'd say it's worth a shot.  Definitely different than their Max Payne games.

The original Alan Wake is great and for me got better as it went along. The DLC for it doesn't quite live up to the main game but introduces some interesting mechanics. I did not care as much for American Nightmare but did play through it as well.

love that they had Deus Ex HR on community sale yesterday.  for the same price.  waste of a vote.

already have everything off this that I have a serious interest in.  I would have grabbed Evoland if it were 75% off.  Fallen Enchantress LH is interesting, but seeing as I just picked up the first one and haven't installed it, I think I'll refrain until winter sale assuming I enjoy it enough to play the new one.

Already have everything from both the flash and community sale and the next round of choices.  at this rate, I may just go two days without buying anything.
