Pretty much as the title says.

Rise of Nations, and RON: Thrones and Patriots exp are 10 bucks each at Best Buy, either online or B&M. Listed price in the store might not be updated yet, but in my local store (at least) it did ring up at $10.

I figure, 20 bucks for one of the best recent RTS titles and it's expansion isn't too bad.

Thanks to the forums at bytesizedeals.com  for the info.

I almost almost broke down and bought both of them. I was hesitant at first since the price was so low. I went to another BB to check it out and there was no change on the shelves so I decided to wait. Now that it's been verified I'm definitely picking them both up. $20 for RoN & the Exp is definitely a deal!

Sweet!  I've been waiting for a killer deal on these.  Thanks for the tip, I'm off at lunch to snag 'em.

Thanks !

btw, I noticed the website also lists a Gold version for $24.99, with RON and expansion pack, but it's only available for preorder.
