It's the regular version at the regular price - but, with a $10 gift card by mail for CompUSA...  there are a few better prices around, but only if they have the game, so this might be a reasonable alternate.

Right.  I didn't put it in the Deals of the Week because of the gift card.  I loathe 'mail-in gift cards' and rebates in general, and will never put it in the weekly deals, because, to me, it's not a deal. biggrin

I agree on the mail-in thing.  First of all - I think i've successfully done a rebate like twice in my life - one was Phantom Dust.  I'd like the Jade Empire LE, so i'm not running out to get this one, myself.  It's been my experience, however, that some people are actually capable of putting a stamp on an envelope, although i'm not usually one of them, LOL... plus there's been some talk of the game not being available, so I threw it in as another option for getting it at a non-full-price, eventually.  I completely agree that it's not a "deal," per se. We all know why they want us to have a $10 gift card... so we'll go back and spend $40!

Actually, I used to do this quite a bit at EB, dont know if CompUSA lets you do it, but the best thing to do in this case is to have them pricematch someone else's sale, then mail in for the gift card.

I do know that Wal-Mart has Jade Empire LE for $46 and change.  It's not a big sale, but it's there. biggrin
