From Cheapassgamer:

Yes; 2/3 off! There is tax added in some states (even though the points shouldn't be taxable) so it will be 5.xx in some states. May or may not work outside the US since MS knows where you live.

Go to www.microsoftstore.com and add a 1200 point card to your cart, normal price 14.99. Put in the following code and redeem:

XboxEMWA67xd8o4gh

Here is the link to the card:

http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/en_US/pdp/productID.255252000?ClickID=ats0ovr05ztvr0aryzowy90zrvtottw0kllr

This will subtract $10 making your cost $4.99. I don't think it will make a difference if you use the credit card associated with your XBL account. You will get an email with the code; sometimes it takes 20-30 mins. The code is reusable so you can place multiple orders ... but be nice and leave some for other CAGs. It does say that there is a limit to the number of times the code can be used.

BTW, I only ordered one card and received confirmation from MS. Some greedy idiots are using the code to order dozens of cards, and it looks like some of them are having all of their orders cancelled. Just a friendly warning to go easy on the code.

Bought several of these last night.

FYI, there are numerous upon numerous codes available. There is a thread over at CAG with people posting codes. Some work, some don't. Took me maybe 15 minutes of digging through the thread to find some codes and place an order. Takes an hour or longer to get the email with the redeemable points, but it works.

Sent from me cool phone

I saw the CAG thread, and there's talk of the orders getting held up, with one guy claiming he had his account suspended for similar activities, but who knows.

Last time the online MS store had a sale on points, they screwed up my order (sent me the confirmation email with no redemption code), which then took two weeks to resolve through their incompetent outsourced "customer service".

Never again for me, unless they're giving away points for free. finger

I had my own code through signing up on their "notify me when Xbox One preorders are up" page, and was able to redeem it for 3 orders just fine.  I didn't feel like pushing my luck.

I did two orders, had the money taken out but the Microsoft store page has no successful record of purchase (of course).  On top of my Xbox notification code not working either.

EDIT: As of June 2nd I've received email confirmation of the first order.  I'm going to assume the second will come in sometime in the next couple of days.
