The PC version is only $30 to begin with, and my Target had a "temporary price drop" to $20.  I'm not sure if this is YMMV or not.  I hope my computer's DVD player still works, since I think this is the first physical copy of a PC game I've bought in years.

The website still has it for $30, so it's not across everything.  B&M stores will have to be your option here.
