Are these the memory cards that you can use in the PSP?

Also, is there any way to transfer data between memory cards?

By default, no. There is a MicroSD to Memory Stick adapter available though. Don't know where offhand unfortunately.

And yes, the PSP format is easily copyable from stick to stick without problems.
