Yeah, I might give MoH a try for that price. Although with Homefront and Crysis 2 out in a couple weeks I'm not sure I need another shooter right now.

It's a short game, so if your worried about length it should fit in perfectly between now and Homefront.

Personally I was interested in the East India Company collection for 70% off - and for once it was actually available in my region! Sold, to the handsome Welshman for less than four quid.

Yeah, it's tempting but there should be loads of gameplay in the first collection, plus I'll be playing Rift pretty much exclusively for a long while anyway. I've always been interested in EIC but put off by the lukewarm reception, so I couldn't ignore getting the lot for less than four quid.

very aggravating. I ordered MOH and the East India Company pack from them, and several hours later, I still have not received any registration codes or anything. Here's to hoping they respond a little faster to my email to their customer service.

That sucks, Frost. I wonder what happened there. Have you tried installing the games anyway? In Impulse I've never had to enter a code, they're always applied automatically.
Unfortunately I'm pretty sure Stardock's support don't work on weekends so I wouldn't expect a reply until Monday at the earliest.

I'm wondering if they're not having issues. I just fired up Impulse and the store page is all kinds of FUBAR'd.

A couple of weeks ago Impulse wouldn't let me install Kudos 2 (bought a couple of years ago, never installed on my current machine). It kept saying that the registration code was invalid, even though I checked against the purchase email and it was exactly the same. A Stardockian got me to run some kind of reg file which seemed to completely reset Impulse; it remembered what games I have obviously, but I lost the "times played" stats and had to provide account info again, stuff like that. No big deal, but another sign that Impulse is twitchy lately. Bit of a shame really, given that it's the best DD client out there.

wow, Monday coming to a close, and not even a word from them. Pretty safe to say this will be the last purchase I make from Stardock/Impulse.

I imagine you have checked your spam/junk folders?
I just finished MOH last night... wow, that is a seriously, seriously short SP game. Really pretty fun and well done, but super, super short. I would've been bummed if I'd paid $60, but it was fine for $15. Need to check the MP next, I suppose.

Yeah, I was checking all folders in case it accidentally got moved or some nonsense. I got a reply today at 1100 ET so I'm finally able to get it up and running. Don't know why this simple fix couldn't have been addressed on Monday.
