This is getting crazy - the Humble Indie Bundle 4 is now available, and it includes -

and if you pay more than the average (currently $4.93) you get Cave Story Plus and Gratuitous Space Battles.

Now this is an indie bundle I can care about.  Especially considering just Cave Story+ goes for $10 on Steam, so getting that as a bonus for paying more than the average (currently about $5) is a real deal.

They also only give you two Steam keys, one for the base bundle of games and one for the two "bonus" games if you pay above the minimum.  It isn't individual keys for each game.
