Gamestop - Buy two used get a third free

Not sure if this is just B&M, but my local Gamestops are having a buy two used get a third free sale.

Strange, but alot of them seem pretty well stocked (it being so soon after xmas and all).

Also saw Ninja Gaiden (Xbox) used for 29.99. Was in my price range so I got it (along with more than a few PS1 games you've all suggested).

Ratchet & Clank 1 ($12.99)
Dead or Alive 3 ($10)
Virtua Fighter 4 ($5.99)

And a subscription to Game Informer - all for $51 (includes 10% Game Informer discount)!

Not a bad deal.  Virtua Fighter was $5.99, but the guy gave me the $10 Dead or Alive free.  Normally, they have to give you the cheapest one for free.

The problem is finding any in good condition. Very few (if any) people take care of their games like I do, and treat them and their cases and manuals with the care I require.

Ooooh hey, no kidding?  I gotta drive out to the nearest Gamestop (90 miles one-way) and pick up some dvds.

I hear you.  I'm the same way.  However, I just make them give me a case & manual that are in good condition.  They typically have a few copies of the used games, especially recent ones.  The Otogi 2 I just picked up is in mint condition and still shiny!  I won't buy any used games that won't "look good" sitting on my shelf.  Obsessive?  Yes.

It was on yesterday.  Picked up Day after Tomorrow, S.W.A.T. and Spiderman 2 for 24 bucks. (all dvd of course).

I stopped in today and I didn't see any signs up about it.  I think that the deal is over.
