(whoops, initially posted this in Off Topic)

I got this from the great site cheapassgamer.com so all credit goes to their amazing folks.

Gamefly has some great deals on used games right now.  I just ordered Burnout Paradise and Blacksite: Area 51 for the 360 for less than 35 bucks total (free shipping, it seems).  I also used the google checkout option and that seems to have dropped the tax off my bill as well.  Not sure if that will remain so when it shows up on my Amex bill, though.

Mass Effect $19.99
Devil May Cry 4 $19.99
Stranglehold $9.99
Jericho $9.99
The Darkness $12.99
Blacksite: Area 51 $12.99
Assassin's Creed $17.99
Burnout Paradise $19.99
Timeshift $14.99
Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom $14.99

Devil May Cry 4 $19.99
The Club $19.99
Jericho $19.99
Lost: Via Domus $17.99
Unreal Tournament III $17.99

Manhunt 2 $14.99
NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams $14.99
Victorious Boxers: Revolution $15.99
Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law $14.99

So is this a limited time sale or just price reductions?  I may have to finally order Burnout Paradise, even though I was going to wait until this fall's downloadable content.

I'm not sure if this is a limited time offer or not.  Looking around their site, I can't find any indication of which it is.

it's probably until they run out of spare copies, like most of their previous sales.  ie, if you want the game, don't put it off too long.

Do it. Give in. That's hella cheap for a 3 month old grade A title.

I came to that same conclusion last night and just ordered Burnout: Paradise.  Who knows when I will have time to play it.

You A-holes got me to cave on Harvey Birdman for the Wii.

As far as Devil May Cry goes, I had to pass on that one. I rented it and really got pissed off and quite playing after  I realized that there are no mid mission saves. You have to play an entire lvl prior to being able to save. In some cases you have to fight to get to a boss, then kill the boss, then fight your way out of the mission prior to saving. That's just piss poor save design and really hurts players who can't devote 2 hours at a time playing a game.

Oh, didn't know that.  Now I wish I hadn't bought it.  Another $20 wasted as I never ever have 2 hours to play.
