I saw this over at Blue's: if you join the official Rockstar Community group before next Tuesday the 15th (the day Max Payne 3 launches on consoles, not PC...) you'll get a free non-giftable copy of Midnight Club 2.

I'm not sure when it was added, but the game showed up in my library.

My copy is also there in my library.  Unfortunately, it says this game does not support Windows 7  disgust  maybe it will still work though. Haven't had a chance to try it.
