Love DeepDiscountDVD.com.. good pricing and free shipping on everything, even if the DVD is only $5.99. They do a lot of "Buy 2 get 1 free" and buy 1 box set get the second box set free types of promotions.

I wish I had more funds, but with all the game purchases recently I just filled some holes in my TV collection :

SCRUBS-4TH SEASON                  $   22.28
TALES FROM THE CRYPT-1ST SEASON    $   15.84
BATMAN THE ANIMATED SERIES V.03    $   26.49

Yeah, those Bond sets are a steal after discount.  I finished watching the older ones from the set, Thunderball and Goldfinger, and they look AMAZING.

Timing is everything.

I'm expecting my HD-DVD player to arrive next week, so this is perfect.

I'm glad I didn't order the movies when I ordered the player.

I was so happy that I was able to check out without going over $200 on this sale, and then you had to remind me about the Bond sets! Up to $208 now, and still going.  nod

I liked their Buy-1-Get-1 sale they had a month or so ago as well. They had a ton of decent DVDs for $6. At 2-for-1 that made for some nice purchases.

Yup, me too. I stumbled across a few other things and just placed an order for $258. And I keep remembering things I want to get, so I'm likely not done yet.

I've always wanted the Mummy series on DVD and the discount makes it under $16. Found the entire Ultraman series with the original Japanese soundtracks (which are hilariously bad) for under $35. And Pixar's The Cars DVD for $12.11 is a great buy as well.

Heh, I'm up to about 300 bucks in my cart.  I figure I'll grab something, but so far I have Babylon 5 seasons 2-5, Bond v1 & v2 and the Star Trek Motion Pictures collection (all 10 special editions) in it.

Yeah, those collections and sets kill you. I've got the Mr. Bean collection and the Lord of the Rings trilogy in my cart now. Pushing $350, with three days to go.

I may try to exercise some restraint here and actually remove something from my cart, but I generally suck at that sort of thing. I'd bet I cross $400, but the nice thing is that I'll have a nice chunk of holiday shopping done as well.

I have also put in an order with DeepDiscountDVD.com, but I still haven't received any e-mail or anything to confirm the order.  I double checked on their website to make sure they had all my contact information correct -- how long does it typically take from the time of order to receive some sort of acknowledgment from them?

Looks like they are extending the 20% off offer until 11/23, code DD1123 at checkout.

I already spent $120 and now they're tempting me to spend even more..

I received my first order today.  I was a little surprised it came so soon, since the media mail isn't the speediest thing.

If you're not sure the order went through and it's been more than 24 hours, I would suggest calling them.  I haven't had to do so yet, but I've heard the customer service is actually quite good.

Was just going to say the same thing, even emailed them to see if they could extend it an extra day since a lot of us get paid on friday. They said to call their 800 number on friday if you still want to use the 20% off.
