Forums on CAG say that this is from an ad that was mailed out, and thus should be in-store also. A scan of the ad was posted in their forums.
My gut would tell me probably yes, but YMMV until I can get certification.
News is that there are two types of Sears stores. One has DVDs in the ad, the other has the video games.
In the stores with the right ad, yes, it's on sale there. The ones that don't have it? probably not unless you have the ad yourself.

Looks like they sold out of Ratchet and Clank already. Anyone surprised? Also looks like they're not backordering. Once you fill out the order info and click "complete", it gives you an error saying the item isn't available in the quantity you ordered, and sends you back to your cart. I'll keep trying though.

this works in store too. i got mine there. the sears stores have both the saturday ad and the weekly sunday ad. at first they just handed me the sunday one and i asked if they had a different ad that came out saturday. they had a stack of them right next to the sunday one. the store had many copies of the game. they scanned it and it came up that price. even the clerk questioned it though then he got it out of the case. it was marked $40.

I went to Sears today, borrowed a copy of the ad from a cashier and took it to the electronics section. The guy hauled R&C:UYA out of the case and scanned it, but it rang up at $39.99. I asked about the ad, and he said that it had expired on 2/26 (according to the back page). No luck for me.

you're right it's not there, but it was yesterday! :? you can still get to it by clicking on anything in the right-hand column of stories, then do a "Find in this Page", using "deals" - it will take you to it...
