Circuit City Clearance 4.99 games

I don't want to post the whole listing here, but you can certainly find it at cheapassgamer or fatwallet. CC is having a huge clearance on some decent games, and not all of them have been found yet.

Today I got 13 games for 65 bucks.

Hard to find ones too like Megaman Zero for GBA for 4.99!

I would have loved to have some of those titles.  I would have paid $9.99 for quite a few of them, but $5!  That is awesome.  Some good titles going, too.  Maybe this will cause a jump in the trade-ins and EB will be getting some of them in for cheap.

I went to two Circuit City shops today (I should have gone earlier).  Anyway, at both locations there were some people with the massive lists, but what most pissed me off was there were workers (who, mind you, are working and not on off hours) that were taking games and putting them in the back so they could buy them when they got off work.

Needless to say I didn't get any of the titles I wanted nor did I see many that fell into the $4.99 deal, which is quite sad.

I'm hearing rumblings that CC took the titles off the shelf because the deal is not supposed to start until next Sunday (7/11).  We'll see if that turns out to be true.  It seems Tebunker was lucky and I just wasn't fast enough.

I'm really interested in Voodoo Vince (Xbox), Viewtiful Joe (GC), Skies of Arcadia (GC, I own it on the Dreamcast), Burnout 2 (Xbox) and Disgaea (PS2).  So, if anyone does get those before next Sunday I'd love to pay the $4.99 plus whatever sales tax you have, plus the amount to ship first class or priority mail.

I say Orta is worth $30 by the way, but if you can find it for $5 all the better

I could hit the Arrowhead area (83Ave and Bell). I think there is a CC by my work I could hit on Monday, it is next to Fiesta Mall.

I hit another CC today. Got 5 more games. The CC at the Scottsdale Pavilions still has a pretty big collection of games. But they just moved the display to the front door, so it will go fast.

By the way CC screwed up on this.  Checking out early looks at Sunday ads the deal was indeed supposed to start this coming Sunday (7/11).  Many CCs took the games off the shelf and put them in the back for restocking this Saturday, some just decided to let it go.  So, it's hit or miss basically.
