Best Buy Price Match Policy?

I am getting ready to purchase a new receiver. Circuit City has it on sale via their web site (web special only) for 179.99 with free in store pickup.

Best Buy has the same model but their price is 199.99. Will they price match the Circuit City price even though it's only on their web site?
