As soon as I posted this in the Android games thread, I realized it probably deserved a Steals & Deals thread especially since the sale includes more than games.

The Android market is having a sale celebrating 10 Billion downloads.  10 apps each day on sale for $.10 each.  Check back each day.

10 Billion Sale

Day 1 includes Minecraft, Fieldrunners and Great Little War Game.  Apps include Soundhound and SketchBook Mobile.

Day 3 has Tetris, Toki Tori, and Homerun Battle 3D among others.

Edit: It appears these prices are being matched by the Amazon AppStore.

Day 4 is up.  It includes Game Dev Story, Spirit HD, and Sentinel 3 among others.  I can't recommend GDS enough if you haven't tried it.  It appears Amazon doesn't carry the 'story' games.

Day 6 includes Captain America, Backstab and SimCity Deluxe.  The EA additional data servers seem to be buckling under the load.  I was also surprised to find that my Motorola Photon was not compatible with Backstab so I couldn't purchase it.  From what I hear it's an Assassin's Creed clone.

Been picking up most things since they are only 10 cents... Interesting to find that they aren't all compatible with every device.... I have a Droid 3 and a modded HP Touchpad.... Most things work for both, some only work with the Droid, and some only work the Touchpad (which I find odd..)
Unfortunately, Sims 3 supposedly only works with the touchpad, but it won't download the extra files and Sim City only works with the Droid, so I have to play it on a small screen....
and since Amazon doesn't want their fire to work with the Android market, I can't try that either.. oh well...

Day 7 includes Doodle Jump, Super KO Boxing 2, and Flight Control.  There are definitely some repeats each day, but it's hard to complain at ten cents.

The last day includes Majesty, Tile Runner HD, and Heavy Gunner 3D.

Yes, Majesty is that Majesty and it's still a great game.  Go buy it now.  If you haven't got a quarter, a dime will do.  If you haven't got a dime, then God bless you.

Shine Runner also seems pretty cool.  It's by Vector Unit, the guys that did the new Hydro Thunder Hurricane on XBLA and Riptide GP.
