i was watching g4techTV one day and they recommended the Archos GMini400 - i'm not too up on these things but the love-of-my-life my-reason-for- living wanted an IPod or something similar. the Gmini does that and tons more, so i went searching. i found the best price i could find after some hours of price-comparing - at Compuplus.com (there were one or two other places slightly, very slightly cheaper, but had problems of one type or another). here's what i got and for how much:
1 Archos GMini400 20gb MP3, MP4, WMA, WAV Player
Total amount: $331.95
that's with shipping, the Archos warrantee, and the option to wait a month and pick up a store warrantee. and i made a mistake, and their Customer Service was unbelievably great, too!
oh, yeah, it came really fast, too, so you still have time if you're looking for one.
