Just noticed that Commandos 3: Destination Berlin, Joan of Arc: War & Warriors; and High Heat Baseball 2004 are all at $1.99 on-line.  Not sure about your local B&M outlet.

I only have HH2004 and it did not disappoint - on the gameplay end of things.  Maybe you can get roster updates.
