Best Buy has put this little gem on clearance for $9.99. Note that it may still be tagged at $40, but it will ring up for the clearance price. I picked it up yesterday, and it is much better than I anticipated. I'd recommend this game to any fan of Untold Legends or Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance. Cheapassgamer and a few other websites are now posting the deal, so don't wait for too long. The e-bay hordes or BB employees will wipe the shelves clean soon.
I put another hour into it yesterday. I'm finding it to be much more entertaining than Untold Legends. I don't think it is worth the original asking price of $40, but at $10 it does seem to be a steal.

Good find! The bestbuy website isn't even listing it as available, so hopefully they'll still have some left when I head there on friday (pay day).

A couple weeks ago I ordered a copy from Amazon for...significantly more than that.

Come on stiffler, if you hadn't spent that money on dungeon siege you'd just be spending it on food for your BBW's that don't even need anyway!
My local best buy had about a dozen in stock - picked up two of them, one to play and one to hold on to as a collector item. (Who knows if it'll be worth anything years down the road, but you never know.)

Thanks to everyone who pointed this out. I revisited Best Buy again and found that they got another one in stock.
Excellent game and a great example of what the PSP can do.
I picked up Virtua Tennis for $14, Pirates for $20, and this for $10.
Yeah, I'm all set for this week's business trip ;-)
