Within 30 days of buy my last car...I had 2 dents (small but noticeable to me) from people opening doors into the side of it.
Other new car- 1 week old, someone hit the front of it in a parking lot- broke a plastic light insert and left it laying on the ground....I didn't even have plates on it.
Yeah assholes.

Dungeon Siege will make you cry...just sayin'.
That said, since you will already be crying, a double feature will kill 2 turds birds with one stone.

Saw a poster for this at the mall, excited to see it's coming back. FWIW there was a huge picture of some (new?) hot chick clad in a full leather outfit bending over to show her cleavage. Not sure if it's a new character they are introducing this year or what.
I really enjoyed the first season, there were some hits and misses but given that it's a syndicated show I felt the quality and fun factor (as well as eye candy for everyone) were more than acceptable.
This?

Our local Vons never recovered from there strike a few years ago...(Safeway).
Sadly lots of workers lost their jobs, and shoppers found that Costco and Trader Joe's could give them the same or better for less money. All they ended up doing is screwing everyone...the prices rose, the selection has been practically cut in 1/2 and even, what, 5 years later, the parking lot is never more than 1/2 full.
And it today's economy, it is not the Union officials that will be screwed...but the workers.
I really hope it all works out for you.

The single mom working for the FBI who struggles with connecting with her teenage son!
For some reason I kept thinking single mom and FBI woman were two different people. I guess in my mind she looked hotter as the FBI gal You won't get any argument from me on that count! I'm really hoping she ends up in a physical struggle with her son's recruiter (Supergirl!) and it happens in a Jell-o factory. I'm just sayin. In zero gravity, of course....

I too felt it was rushed...I was very surprised that it was only a 1 hour premier...easily could have added a bit more and made it 2.

This is all good..I am on board when my contract is up I think...still waiting for the most important part of it all: How well does the phone work? Speaker quality, dropped calls, ring/vibrate option, easy to dial, easy to get to contacts...you know, phone stuff.

I read a blurb somewhere today--but it was on the internet so it may not be true since there is nothing official--that you could possibly get this without a data plan?...although you would be stuck with only wifi...but for 450 min plus data you are looking at 70 per month and that seems less expensive that I had thought.
Now if I can get that, and then do the add another line for 9.99 plus unlimited text/pic/video messaging (our entire family all over the US has verizon) this may not be much more than I am paying now.

Hate ATT service. I have and love Verizon. Looks like I will never get an iPhone. I will be getting the Droid. While it doesn't seem as slick at the iPhone, it looks like it has a lot of great features...biggest for me is WiFi...woot! 3 months left on my current contract...gives me time to save up for one

Although, when Rush woke up after being drugged, he did apologize and he seemed a bit more likable after that...but I am not sure how long that will last.

BUT, my thing was that the Kindle has a built in browser with free wireless access. With the Nook, I believe you can only browse the store, and although it has built in wi-fi, it has no browser.
Ugh, decisions.

Although I recall someone bringing up the fact that using the meeting stones to go see an estranged spouse instead of having Daniel Jackson go to the ship to fix it was pretty lame....and it is. Other than that, definitely digging it.

I have to say, I bet having charges filed against them were not quite the result they were hoping for. And yes the parents seem to get weirder and weirder...the kids need a better environment.

Wow, this place as gotten pretty harsh...the kid was 6 and there was a HUGE balloon in his yard...what did you or anyone expect him to do? As for hiding, um he just did a bad thing, he is 6, he hid...that's what 6 year olds do. And his brother may have seen him messing with it, then it took off and he thought his brother was in it...sheesh they are KIDS.
Someone need to look at the parents her.
As for not news...I am sure we all want to read more about jobless claims and and the like. More newsworthy than who the heck Jennifer Aniston is dating.

I was at Costco when it came down safely....and a big cheer when up from the break room And then quiet when the boy was not inside. I am hoping (and betting) that he never got it- one report said a "sibling" saw him climb in. Maybe he was never in there and is hiding under his bed at home.

New to the thread but the price drop has me thinking....question- the back light. I see a lot of clip on lights being brought up- does that mean that the back light that is built in will not suffice for night time- in bed reading?
There's no built-in backlight on the Kindle. Ah ok, ty-- I was misreading.

There was a guy on my Mother in Law's street that would dip steel wool pads in gasoline, attache them to elongated metal coat hangers, light them, and run down the street spinning them around on the 4th.
A grown up.
I can only assume that he came from somewhere else...like a FEMA trailer he bought cheap.

My Dad had migraines...I got them from him...then I gave them to my daughter.
They totally suck- I once had to go to the ER and get a demerol shot to stop the pain. Hhints that you do have a migraine is nausea and aversion to light. On the plus side there are some really good medications that can do wonders for them. Maybe you should see if your doc can get you a sample of a couple to see if they do the trick.
FYI, they can be expensive but if it is a migraine and you are stuck with them, money becomes no object.
