Woo Bengals got in even though they lost!
Bengals play Houston next week!
As did the Broncos. Tebow throws the game losing INT, then the Chargers throw a game-clinching TD moments later. Jesus loves the Broncos even when they lose.

The only hope Detroit has is that Stafford plays like he has been and they can out score NO. After all he had over 500 yds and 5 tds today.
But won't be playing in the Pro Bowl even though he has 41 TDs this season - which is a rather unique number for QBs - but Eli Manning gets the nod....

Jaroslav Halak could not stop a 100-year old Grandma in her walker after hip surgery replacement in a shootout. This act is getting old.
The Blues might as well have Ty Conklin in goal when it comes to shootouts.

Going to be very interesting to see how the niners will win this one without any WR's other than Crabtree and Vernon Davis. This game will determine how tough the playoffs will be for them.
No, it won't. The Niners are playing the Rams who couldn't stop a 100-year old Grandma from rushing for 200 yards in a game. Never underestimate the Rams!! The Saints did and they lost. Even Sean Payton said he overlooked them all during their weekly practices and fostered an attitude of looking at them as pushovers. Any good team can still lose to a bad team if they don't put effort into it. That being said, I hope they beat the 49ers so my Saints get the 2 seed. Payton didn't gameplan for the Rams. That was his mistake. If you gameplan cut-back runs on around 70-80% of the running plays, whomever you have as the "feature" back will rush for 100+ yards. The reason the Saints lost - everyone run was straight ahead and then they gave up on running the ball. The Rams DL is good enough to get pressure when they don't have to worry about staying at home and protecting the cut-back lanes. Which is probably true of any NFL defensive line. The Rams other win - Cleveland... I think that says enough.

Would the Rams pick Andrew Luck since they picked Bradford in the 2010 draft?
Somebody may be willing to sell the farm to get him, depending on how things transpire between now and then. Which is what the Rams would probably look for. Someone selling the farm, because the current team has lots of needs - a RB to replace Steven Jackson, WRs to complement Brandon LLoyd, an offensive line, and... oh yeah - cornerbacks capable of playing more than 1 or 2 games before going on IR.

Co Texans! Put this one away! Go Ref's! give this one away! Wow there were some really bad calls against the Texans during that game. Not the pass interference call near the end but two roughing the passer calls that really didn't seem to warrant a flag. Yeah, I guess it was that important for the referees that Indy win more than one game. Granted, the Texans should have put the game away well before it came to that. The offense has been playing like crap the last 2 weeks... Woohoo! The Rams have a shot at the #1 overall draft pick again.

Harrison Ford is IN: Harrison Ford locked for 'Ender's Game' OddLot's sci-fi tentpole gains trio of Oscar nominees By Jeff Sneider
After confronting extraterrestrials in "Cowboys and Aliens," Harrison Ford is ready to take on another alien race in OddLot Entertainment's sci-fi tentpole "Ender's Game" along with Abigail Breslin and Hailee Steinfeld.
Also onboard are young thesps Aramis Knight, Moises Arias, Jimmy "Jax" Pinchak, Suraj Parthasarathy, Conor Carroll and Khylin Rhambo.
Gavin Hood ("X-Men Origins: Wolverine") is directing from his own script, adapted from Orson Scott Card's novel. Summit Entertainment is co-financing and will release the film in the U.S. on March 15, 2013. Set in Earth's utopian future, "Ender's Game" stars Asa Butterfield ("Hugo") as a genius strategist recruited by the government to help destroy an insect-like alien race.
With the latest castings, OddLot now has a marquee star to attract international auds in Ford, as well as three of Hollywood's leading under-16 thesps in Breslin, Steinfeld and Butterfield.
Ford will play Colonel Hyram Graff, who's in charge of training young military recruits. Breslin will play Valentine Wiggin, Ender's older sister, while Steinfeld plays Petra Arkanian, Ender's trusted right hand.
OddLot, K/O Paper Products and Digital Domain are production partners on "Ender's Game." OddLot's Gigi Pritzker and Linda McDonough are producing with Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman via their K/O Paper Products banner, as well as Lynn Hendee, Robert Chartoff and Card. Ford, who's no stranger to sci-fi epics, recently signed on to play famed Brooklyn Dodgers g.m. Branch Rickey in Legendary Pictures' Jackie Robinson biopic "42."
Steinfeld starred in the Coen brothers' "True Grit" and will soon play Juliet in Carlo Carlei's upcoming adaptation of William Shakespeare's classic romance. Breslin can currently be seen in Garry Marshall's "New Year's Eve" and the indie "Janie Jones."
Ford's repped by UTA and Ziffren Brittenham, while ICM reps Steinfeld and Breslin. Steinfeld is also repped by Protege Entertainment and Coast to Coast Talent Group. Breslin's also with Untitled Entertainment. Hope no one has read the book. No *cough* spoiler *cough* in that description.

0-4 on the power play. Sure-handed goalie, most of the time, giving the puck away for an empty netter. Half the players on the ice crashing into their own goalie which allows the puck to cross the goal line when it would have been stopped by the goalie had the players not crashed into him.
All of that = road loss.
The Blues are currently on track for a sum total of 34 PPGs - and that is after the slight improvement in the power play since Hitchcock arrived. Tied for 2nd fewest in a season since 97-98. The Devils met that same bar last season. That has to change soon.

Hey its suitcase Oates - I'm sure just as in his playing days another team will take him off the Devil's hands and put him behind their bench. New Poll: how many different benches will Oates stand behind before his coaching days are over: 10 20 30 30 in the NHL, 30 in the AHL it won't be the Blues. They already have the worst power play in the league. I am stunned they are in the top 10 overall.

Adam Oates should be dragged into the parking lot and used as a speed bump for everyone leaving the arena!!!! If I read it right. The Devils have allowed 10 goals while on the PP and 9 goals on the PK!! haven't the devils also scored the most short-handed goals?

Soulchilde my gut is screaming theohall. We are a coin flip at this point though. There is only one way to find out. We win or lose with this move. theohall We either save the village or seal our fates. Looks like you chose the latter option. Just what a wolf would say. Of course would respond the same if we were going after Cragmyre and whatever he responded with. Whenever Soulchilde shows up again, he is going to follow you. Interesting that it has come down to him in back-to-back GTVille games. Excellent work with the protections.

Way to miss on me. If that is the case then it leaves only Theohall or Cragmyre. Soulchilde I will default to your coin flip on that one. Assuming you are not being an excessively sly and daring Wolf. Guess we need to see what happens. pr0ner could be f'ing with us. I would not put it past him.

Okay. I will talk some more.
This is my fear. Bulletpig actually is the Hunter. I know I am a villager. This means if either of us die, the other winds up getting killed the next day allowing the wolf, which would have to be pr0ner or Cragmyre, to win the game. This creates a quandary.
A) 1) I die to try and save this village - it says villager. 2) You would then likely have to kill Bulletpig - and he might actually be the Hunter - read the summary below. 3) The wolf wins.
B) 1) Bulletpig dies. It says villager 2) You all kill me. It says villager. 3) The wolf wins.
Options C and D are Bulletpig or myself being the wolf.
I can't see a plain villager making a Hunter claim, so Bulletpig either is the Hunter or he is the wolf. Thinking about it, a wolf making that claim this late being a lone wolf, is setting himself up for death if he winds up fingering a villager and he has to finger a villager. So it doesn't make sense that he would be a wolf.
So you all need to kill either myself, pr0ner, or Cragmyre. I will not self-vote. Therefore,
withdraw Bulletpig accuse pr0ner - law of averages (Cragmyre was a wolf last game) and pr0ner has not stood out at all, which is the perfect way for a wolf to hide. If it is not pr0ner, it is Cragmyre.

Here is where you put him at N-1and the following post is Raven's vote. And here is the summary Moliere (7) : Doopri, theohall, rickfc, Bulletpig, Cragmyre, pr0ner, ravenvii Doopri (2) : Moliere, Scraper Soulchilde (1) : Purge
Majority is six.
Majority has been reached. Voting is closed.
so he was the kill vote, since raven's vote was not necessary.

Won't reveal who I protected the last two nights but here is first two nights:
Night 1 - Self Protect as I had no clue and wanted to make sure I lived Night 2 - Doopri - came out as sear and really couldn't take the chance not keeping him alive Night 3 - ???? Night 4 - ????
I don't mind revealing the third night but didn't want to give the wolf any more information in determining the fourth night protect. If I reveal third then it makes it easier to determine the fourth night.
If everyone wants the third though let me know.
anyone could say the same thing in regards to protects - especially the last wolf to stay alive. Interesting that he waited until votes were on him in this round to comment. BulletpigI waited as long as I could in order to keep the wolf in the dark. And even as I had to come out to save myself from being lynched, the wolf still has to guess tonight on who I can/will protect. Just like the last wolf would say to stay alive this late in the game.

I apologize for being quieter than normal this time. I love chatting in this game, but the end of the year stuff at work had me busier than normal, and since I wasn't a wolf or a special, I just didn't post as often.
Bulletpig, if you are the hunter, tell us who you protected each night, in the order you protected them.
This would be a mistake. It tells the wolf who he can safely target tonight, if he lives, since the Hunter cannot protect the same target on consecutive nights.

I know I'm not a wolf, so it comes down to Theohall, Bulletpig, and Cragmyre.
Well.... I know I am not a wolf so it comes down to pr0ner, Bulletpig, or Cragmyre, since Soulchilde is still the only proven Villager. If pr0ner is the wolf, I would be surprised, because he usually gives something away being more argumentative when he is a wolf in order to stay alive. Cragmyre was a wolf the last game which doesn't preclude him from being a wolf this game. If he is, he is playing a completely different style by not saying much, since talking is essentially what got him caught the last time. Bulletpig would be the most likely target, but the most likely targets have been wrong this entire game. In other words, I still have no idea. Might as well start with any one of the three (four if you include me)... so.... Bulletpigor you all can test me to try and narrow the field one last time.

Last time I took a test was back in the mid-80s for a Senior Typist position. Tested out at 94 WPM with zero errors on an IBM Selectric. Which got me a temp position paying $16/hr while still a high school student. Woohoo!!!! No idea what the speed is now, but will take it later when sitting at the office, instead of with the laptop in my lap.

ya the next 4 games are far from meaning less. Well maybe the Rams game Sadly, this is very true. Sam Bradford put on IR. Feely has a broken thumb on his throwing hand. Brandstater, not even on the practice squad to start the season, will be starting this weekend. He didn't join the practice squad until Week 8 of this season. And they picked up the Texans castoff, Kelly Clemens, to back him up. 1-15 for the Rams this season which won't even be bad enough for the first pick in the draft.
