Daxter Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror Marvel: Ultimate Alliance Dungeon Siege: Throne of Agony Me and My Katamari
I didn't nominate these ports, though I would have probably had them mixed in my list somewhere. I figured this should be for PSP-specific titles. Gitaroo Man Lives! Powerstone Collection Sega Genesis Collection

I always pick what usually ends up being the second zoomed out view. Not over the hood, but a bit further back, like from the roof of the car. No doubt I do it because it's just the ways I've always done things. Some people I know prefer doing it inside the car for the reasons mentioned above, but I feel restrained and lack a good view. Inside the car I can't ever seem to figure out where I am on the road and don't get a good sense of what is turns are coming up. I see what you mean about the sense of speed, but man things just shoot up on me and I am totally helpless from that view. Just too fast for me and my reactions are all over the place due to being used to seeing what's coming up a bit easier.
I'm just glad racing games always include different views so everybody is happy. I will say that if I had a nice wheel/pedal setup I'd probably force myself to drive from the cockpit view for that added dose of total immersion.

Ok, this is the closest I have ever seen to photorealism in a game.... I would swear the second pic, the black car, is real. The first doesn't look it (though you could say it's a bad/lo-res photo), but I am sure 95% of the people you showed it to wouldn't know it wasn't real. Or maybe the first one is real and you are just trying to trick us!? Maybe both???! I can't trust my own eyes anymore.

I love my GBA micro. I use it almost more than my DSL just because I have so many games for it and it is so damn portable. How is Super RObot Taisen anyways. I notice the original just got GBA game of the year and i've never even heard of it.
I am enjoying the first SRT game. Good strategy, interesting robots, and it's all surprisingly well done. I don't know anything about the anime these giant robots come from, but I wanted a little break from the normal swords and sorcery. At the end of the day it's not really different from the fantasy SRPG's I've been playing all along, but now my character pilots a giant robot and has thousands of HPs. These games certainly came out of nowhere. I've not played the second yet, but I snapped it up so I can actually find it when I finish the first.

I love that the GBA is still getting some love. Mostly because I seem to be one of the few people that LIKE the GBA Micro. That and I feel like a loser playing my non-Lite DS. I've picked up way more GBA titles than DS lately. Yggdra Union, FFV, Back to Stone, Mazes of Fate, Summon Night: Swordcraft Story 1 & 2, Super Robot Taisen: Original Generation 1 & 2.

Is that only after you finish the game (or doing it in a special way) like the previous games? Just curious, since that has been a feature of the past couple of games at least. More of a treat for the hardcore fans than a real feature I would think. I know you could play as Richtor in the last one after you finished it. Or go through the game again in a few different ways (no magic or something like that).

I'm glad to see they hired him back. Doesn't he work for the former Westwood Studios/EA? Or at least he did? At least they brought that guy back. This game LOOKS great. I just hope it is fun to play. I wonder if I will be able to play it on my machine. Or if the console controls (shudder) work well. I haven't tried BfME2 so I don't know how EA did translating that to the 360. Now I want a Red Alert 3. The C&C Collection is great!

I seriously doubt that a classy Bollywood woman like Aishwarya would pose nude, so don't get your hopes up, fellas.
If anybody would know it would be you. No doubt you have done some "investigative reporting" on the issue. She is being sued by a man upset that she kissed a guy in her new movie ( link).

I think I will pick it up over my holiday vacation. These games totally suck me in so there is nothing casual about my play with them.
I can only assume this has collections of souls or monsters, whatever. My problem is that I end up playing to get 100% of every stupid thing. That takes quite a long time. Enter room, kill monster, don't get item, swear, exit room, repeat.
Glad to hear it is good. Not that I expected it not to deliver.

I helped a guy out with Neverwinter Nights once. That went okay.
Usually I just check it out if I have an issue with a game and want to see if others are having the same.

So, calm gamers. I challenge you. Go through the arcade mode in Street Fighter on the XBLA. I fucking double-dog-dare you.
I'm trying to do that on the PSP (Capcom Collection Reloaded) and I am hating life right now.

That is horrible. If you do a lot of directory searching, you end up with 500,000,000 windows.
Plus, it gives me flashbacks of Windows 3.1 *shudder*
I used to do it like that until a friend of mine threatened to kick my ass. It was always a fun joke to do change all his computers to do this whenever I used them. I thought he might actually want to do it all the time. Because he is sick. Like I used to be.

I have a USB flash drive that came with some Action Replay software. It allows you to play Genesis ROMs, backup saved games, and listen to MP3's.

I finally beat all the songs on medium. I'm pretty sure that I am tapped out and will not be trying hard. I reached deep within myself to pull out the skills necessary to accomplish what I did and I feel like a Guitar God already. No need to get slapped around on hard.
Seriously, I had thought I hit a wall on the final tier in medium and it just clicked. I was unstoppable and blew through all of them without failing once. Where did it come from? Furious fretwork for sure. Maybe I just built up my dexterity? Who knows, but I am thrilled!
This game will never get old. Bring on Guirar Hero 3!

I would buy DAH 2 if it were BC. I loved the first one and I hear this one outshines it in almost all ways. Unfortunately I can't be bothered to hook up my regular Xbox at the moment. Not outlets or video connections.
I will buy it on the cheap and enjoy it sometime in the future.

I bought this the other day on a whim. Haven't read any reviews or even seen any screens, but I saw it sitting lonely on the PSP shelf at EB and decided to give it a shot.
I'm still getting used to the gameplay. The card game itself reminds me of a more complicated Magic: The Gathering in a lot of ways but I suppose that is only natural given the setup and basic mechanics of the card games I've played. My card playing experience is limited to the old Microprose M:tG game and the various Yu Gi Oh stuff.
My first impressions: This game is SLOW. Now I don't necessarily mean that in a negative way, but those looking for Yu Gi Oh for grown ups should probably look elsewhere. This game, just like the system it runs on, isn't built for quick pick-up-and-play sessions. Maybe things will move quicker when I have a lot more experience, but there are quite a few things to do beyond bringing two cards together in battle. It looks like the other games, but the attack phases include a lot more options, with additional cards assisting and using special strategies, etc. The battles are also more random since their are dice rolls involved as well, which means a weaker card with a good roll can defeat a strong card with a poor roll.
The interface seems functional to me. The cards look good, and most of the stats are displayed along the top of the screen meaning you don't have to zoom in to read everything. I am of the opinion that card games are better suited to the DS, but I found navigating through the cards and menus easy enough, which was one of my big worries with a game like this.
I've only scratched the surface but I am cautiously optimistic for what this game has in store for me.
