Part of me wants to think that Ken Levine nefariously plotted all of this from the very first game in an attempt to implant the strange, wonderful and quirky metaphysical weirdness of the Bioshock universe and fiction into our heads and mind f**k us all in our waking moments if nothing for his own personal amusement. Another part of me thinks people are just grasping at straws and trying desperately to find connections to everything else, no matter how tenuous they may or may not be, because our minds just need to make sense of things.
The reality that we're in now is obviously one of infinite parallel universes spawned from the decision in which Ken Levine chose the path of game designer. Constants and variables ... constants and variables ...

btw, if you miss Emma Bell (Amy), her character on TNT's Dallas is gradually getting more to do. She's Bobby's second-wife's daughter, abducted as a child and raised by her then ex-some guy or other... (don't ask ) I had to look up who Amy/Emma Bell was again. I don't even remember her. The first season of the show seemed like an eternity ago.

I don't get that either. Team Rick has been headshotting walkers left and right out to 100 yards without any problem. But how about a trying to hit (using fully automatic weapons no less) a tightly bunched group of attackers running away scared? They hit squat. What is this? An old A-Team episode? Unless they didn't want to kill any of them, just scare them off.

I would watch Vera Farmiga read the phone book if it meant I could just look at her. She's one of those actresses I just find oddly beautiful.

Just completed this. What an excellent game. Really liked it from beginning to end. The weapons and combat were satisfying, the traversal and exploration was exciting and the story was pretty good too. I also liked the auto-cover mechanic and inventory upgrade systems. Could have done without the QTEs, but they were infrequent enough not to be annoying. Just a great thrill ride from start to finish. Highly recommended.

I agree with Bullwinkle about the logistics of building the actual moat. Not saying it's impossible, but that's a big risk, even if they planned on staying at the prison indefinitely. And it wouldn't matter how deep your moat was or what was filled in it. Depending on how long they planned to stay there, there would be enough zombies to to plug up the moat to the point that they can just walk over each other like it wasn't even there.

Good god. Other than Lori, I've never wanted a character on this show to die more right now than I want Andrea to be put out of her misery. She's completed her full transformation into female Dale. This whole angle they're playing about her being so conflicted about her friends at the prison and her place at Woodbury is getting pretty old. I am annoyed at seeing her in any scene. If the next episode doesn't end with an excruciating and ironic death for her, I'll be sad.

* Ruger SR9c 9mm - which I've recently sold
Something you didn't like about it? It looks awesome on paper. There wasn't anything specific I didn't like about it. It's a nice shooting, sleek & compact piece well suited for carrying. The trigger on it was pretty nice with a smooth take-up and crisp break. My only nitpicks about it where it's gratuitous loaded chamber indicator (you could see it from space) and it's magazine disconnect, but I can't argue against additional safety features. The manual frame mounted safety was also extra piece of mind for carrying (even though some people don't like it). I sold it because I've just always wanted a Sig. For a "budget" polymer pistol the 2022 retains Sig's soft shooting characteristics and manners at beer money price point. Granted it's not a P226 or P229 (which I'll own someday) but it's still a nice piece. Not as easy to carry as the SR9c, granted, but manageable if you want to go that route. I'll probably regret selling later, hehe.

* Ruger SR9c 9mm - which I've recently sold * Walther PPQ 40 S&W - thinking about selling (can't afford to support 4 calibers) * Springfield Armory XDm 45acp 3.8 Compact Bitone w/ Pearce grip extension * Sig SP2022 9mm New Aimpoint PRO red dot sight is on the way for my recently acquired Sig M400 AR15 too. Will get a pic when that's in. Here it is the day I picked it up. I just threw on the vertical front grip. I was pretty lucky to get it for a reasonable price. It wasn't the lowest price you could pay for one, but I didn't get taken to the cleaners either. The prices some people are paying for ARs blows my mind.

I remember a handful of key numbers like immediate family and few really close friends I talk to regularly, but admittedly everything else I have to go to the phone to get.

I actually liked the way the werewolves were shown in the Underworld movies. I'm more towards the 2-feet (with the rear dog legs) version as it embodies more of the "man as beast" imagery of folklore. We identify something that is bipedal like a human, but hairy and evil and menacing as a beast. As far as locomotion though, I want them to be on all fours for pouncing, bounding, leaping, etc.
So, I guess a little of both?

Overall, this was definitely a better episode, with everyone trying to move their own stories forward, at least. Well, not Andrea, really. And the Gov started to, but then, like an inept supervillain, he walked out on his master plan before it was really underway. My guess is he didn't really know the true numbers or firepower inside the prison, so he just sends in zombie bus to thin the herd, then pops back in later to clean it out.
