Looking for the same information myself. From what I have found so far it looks like PCI-E 2.0 works fine in older PCI-E systems you just don't get the added speed. I have seen reports of problems with older Asus PCI-E motherboards though.

Thanks for the information. I think I may have hit another snag though. My MB is an Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe and the card is PCI-E 2.0. I know it says it is compatible with 1.0 but they also say some of the older Asus boards cause problems so I may have to go with a different card.

This might be a stupid question, but here goes. I got the bestbuy pre-order and when I used the code I logged into my old anarchy online account first. After the code was confirmed there was an option to create a new account but it won't let me use the AO account name for an AOC account. Do I need to wait till I install the game and try my old log in or am I screwed? Nevermind. Found the answer to my question. funcom won't support having an AO account and a AOC account under one account name.

I'm going to go after Blackhawk.
The first thing he will lose will be his feet below the ankles. Then his hands at the wrists. Next his nose. The next thing he will lose will be his left eye followed by his right. And then his ears, you're supposing? WRONG! His ears he'll keep and I'll tell you why. So that every shriek of every child at seeing his hideousness will be his to cherish. Every babe that weeps at his approach, every woman who cries out, "Dear God! What is that thing," will echo in his perfect ears. I will leave him wallowing in freakish misery forever.
Inconceivable!!

You can, but you won't. The wireless adapter's USB cable is too short for you to do that and still click it into the back of the unit. My HD-DVD player is actually plugged into a front USB port for this reason. This problem is solved by spending a dollar ninety-nine on a USB extension cable. Or you could just plug it into the front. gellar Actually the wireless adapter for the 360 will clip on to the back of the HD DVD player too. So you can still connect the player to the 360 through the connector on the back of the 360.

maybe they managed to pull some prints too.
Very few investigators pull prints for robbery, in my limited experience. To me, it's always seemed like if the criminal doesn't fall into their lap, that's as far as the case goes. The patrolman who responded pulled prints and checked my phone logs. He called me earlier and they have located about 1/2 of my stuff at a local pawn shop and are working on a warrent to arrest the guy who pawned it and search his place. You have to love living in a small town with strong ties to the federal government. Wow, pretty nice! Are there now electronic devices used to capture fingerprints, or do they still rely on tape and powder? Because if it were as easy as taking a digital picture, I could see a whole lot of crimes being solved a whole lot easier. They may use digital stuff in bigger cities but Oak Ridge TN still uses tape and powder. That stuff makes one god awefull mess too.

I would also make sure to contact the local EBs/Gamestops and ask them to look out for anyone selling a 360, PS3, and a bunch of games.
Even better if you can fax or email them a list of all the games. You might want to consider doing the same to any video stores that buy games and pawn shops in the area. While you're talking to MS, they can also give you the serial number of the unit if you don't have it handy. That could help police and stores find your stuff. Do you have any suspects in mind? No but the moron used my home phone to make two calls while he was at it. A local number and a cell phone number. The police have both and I googled the local number. It is to a house a few streets over from me.

When I got home from work today I found the back door of my house open and my 360 PS3 all the games for them and a large number of DVDs had been stolen. I need to know if I should try to get in touch with MS support about the stolen 360 or not.

How the hell did those of us in Tennessee end up with that high a number? We have active fault lines, landslides, tornados, floods and wild fires. That is how we ended up there.

2) One of the movies with that little voodoo doll guy. I can't remember the name of it. It had a metal ball with a spike in it or something. One of the scenes in the original scared the crap out of me. It may have been a kitchen scene. I wish I remembered the name of the movie, but maybe my subconscious mind has blocked it. I think the movie you are thinking of is Phantasm.

Well - Microsoft and FASA are already in cahoots to build a Shadowrun title for the 360. I suspect that this site will blip out of existence shortly. Sad but true. FASA sold some of their titles about ten years ago if I remember right. The rights to Shadowrun are held by a German company now I think. Ah found the wikipedia article.

Great info stiffler. Who are the adeptus astertes? You also mentioned the grey knights and deathwatch, are those SM chapters? Grey Knights are a special chapter of Space Marines devoted to serving the Inquisition. They are specially trained and equiped to hunt daemons. If you want to learn more about the Inquisition, the Eisenhorn Trilogy is great. The books are named after the three branches, or Ordo's, of the Inquisition, Hereticus, Xenos and Malleus. And Adeptes Astartes is the official name of the Space Marine chapters.
