I'm talking more of the attention and media hype.  I'd rather stay under the radar and not make it a media circus.  We already saw what the media did after the packers game.  We've already seen people "Kapernicking"  I've already heard about girls wanting to marry him.  It's just a bit sick on how much we as society idolizes anything and everything.

Well every time I've seen him talk he says the right things. And Harbaugh is there to preach "the team, the team, the team" to him. I think he's got a good head on his shoulder. Enjoy the fun Ken!

Wish I could play the single player campaign (on PC) I beat the 2nd level only for it to crash to desktop during the loading scenes EVERY TIME.  They say it's a Nvidia problem, except I have ATI.

Not that anyone cares since there was no responses   Turns out it had to do with having too many friends on Steam.  It was trying to load up the career record after the mission and I guess it checks my friends on what they did on the same mission.  I guess it can't handle scanning more than 52 friends on the list. 

So with that said, I had to delete about 15 people....  SORRY, some of you didn't make the cut

keep refreshing.  I got in after refreshing once.  And Origin isn't bad, it's no different than Steam.  I think people don't like it because it's EA.

On the other hand, the demo was shooting focused, so cue the angry legions who will cry that the horror element is dead, but we'll have to see if that's really true since demos tend to be cut towards action.

You can use a normal 120v power to charge. It will just take longer.  Sacramento has a bunch of charging stations and one right across the street from me that offers free parking and free charging.

Work is 15.6 miles one way so i could easily go to work for 2 days for 1 charge.

Does anyone own a Nissan Leaf?

Right now they are offering a 3 year lease for $199 which is basically the cost of what I pay for gas each month. I could easily go to work three days on one single charge, and with practically no maintainence cost this seems to be a no brainer for a commuter car. What's even better is that I get free parking across the street and free charging there.

So, I just did the first outpost and I'm trying to enter a vehicle to get to my next waypoint, I hit E (PC) to enter the car I hear the car start up and then it forces me to exit the vehicle.  What am I doing wrong?

I assuming its a pc bug cuz on ps3 I haven't witnessed this. You're not holding down E, are you?

Well, even though I had just convinced myself I would wait, Far Cry 3 went on sale today so I caved in. 

There was a site that you could just buy the cd key and was legit.  It was in Europe, selling it for $30 US.  I wanted to download the client first and do some research on the company before buying it, and after I found out it was legit, they were out of stock, and has been out of stock since Christmas.  Pissed me off for waiting.  This will have to do.  This is my last game I'm buying for quite some time.

Niners defense went into PREVENT D in the 3rd quarter, allowing Brady to dink and dunk, with some occasional deep passes. Straight out of the Steve Mariucci playbook. Thankfully the went back to the 1st half defense and saved the day.

Don't know what they were thinking that a 28 point game was a big enough lead against Brady.

And Kap.... Learn to take a snap in the rain. Jesus.

Ok, between my 1 week old baby crying, and the referee's mic going in and out, I believe it was ruled that Ginn touched the ball, I could be wrong.  It was very similar to Kyle Williams disaster last year.  Guess they haven't learned.

My first match involved me initially Zerg-rushing basic engineers to all the capture points. However, my foothold soon crumbled under the weight of Soviet sniper bullets.

It’s now worth mentioning two of the new features being implemented for the sequel; a new line-of-sight system (dubbed “TrueSight”) and the dynamic weather. Large objects in the world can now block your unit’s effective LOS until they move into a position where the object no longer obscures their view of a particular part of the terrain, opening up ambushing opportunities.

This, in combination with the random blizzards that now appear, was the saving grace of my veteran engineer unit when it came under fire from enemy snipers. The sudden snowstorm reduced the range of the snipers and I was able to retreat back to safety behind a bunch of trees to wait for reinforcements.

But if the bullets didn’t kill them, the cold definitely did. I found out the hard way that leaving infantry idling in a blizzard without basking them in the warmth of a building or fire is a reliable way to ensure their torturous virtual death.

I wonder if there's a "Meteorologist" unit that runs around yelling "Partly Cloudy! Cold front on the horizon! Wind coming in from the SE! Wintry mix!"

Every game I watch seems to have questionable unnecessary roughness calls for any thing resembling a hard hit.  Tough to watch a game with so many flags being thrown on each team.

Ya the roughing the passer call against Bowman was incredibly retarded.

Penalties weren't as bad as weeks past.  Last week was horrible, some legit, and some refs need to let players play.

What we should be concerned is the 3rd down conversion, and the conservative play calling we seem to be doing game after game.
