Good Defensive win with a great rushing. Kendal Hunter is finding all the wholes.
It's too bad Alex Smith couldn't connect on his deep pass plays, 3 easy blown opportunities. Did Vernon Davis even have a catch today?
Didn't really like Kapernick sliding to avoid the TD, yes, classy, but we come up at a Tie at the end of the season, this will be the game we look at.
Overall, nice to have another win!

I don't catch many NFL games because I'm primarily focused on the CFL.
This is the first time the above sentence as been uttered in the history of mankind. He probably watches WNBA too

People need to do the tough thing and stop supporting the league until they get this resolved.
That's never going to happen. I know and that's why this ref thing will continue. Goodell talks about the integrity of the game all the time...came down hard on the Saints. Yet, he is willing to let three weeks of this go by. If people would take a stand and just boycott one weekend, I bet you he'd cave. Well I think Gooddell is right for going after the Saints. But everything else is pretty bad. The refs won, the NFL doesn't know it yet. The ref's union has the public on their side, and each week this continues it just mounts up.

I thought last week's game officiating was worse than the lions game. Overall a fun game. Alex had some nice TD passes and played well. He's finally getting his confidence and you know, actually playing quite well. I hope it carries throughout the season and into the post season. I thought last year, the defense bailed him out, and he came through towards the end of the games, and this year it's more like he's involved throughout the game. That's all I wanted from him, and it's nice to see that he's doing that.

Grrr Erin's mom invited us over for dinner. The whole family is getting together for the first time in a long time due to people always being sick. THe point is now I have to decide, do I go, or stay home to watch a game I've been waiting for all year. They may turn it on, but I'll have to deal with her dad and his questions/comments, which usually annoy me.

Lots of missed calls in the SF vs GB game, on both team. But at least it wasn't one sided. Smith played well all game (finally!) and the Defense couldn't figure out how to stop Cobb, but thanks to an excellent pass rush on the Packer's last possession, that sealed the deal.
I was thinking they'd be 3-1 in the first 4 weeks, now, I'm thinking 4-0!

Stupid question: I have a bunch of stuff in my inventory labeled "trophy item". Doesn't look like these are used for crafting...do I need to hang on to them?
They are junk unless part of a heart quest. If you click the sell junk button at a merchant they will be sold. The ones that are left over from a heart quest I think will not be automatically sold - you'll have to manually sell them. I found this to be the case with the volcanic rocks in Kessex. before calling them junk, you might want to try salvaging them first. You can obtain crafting material from them. some are good, some are junk

You're not being confrontational, and I'm not trying to be either. My point is/was that submitting a dxdiag report is a common practice in betas and I doubt that it would be practical to have each file to be named differently when submitting them. As a managment standpoint that would be a nightmare. What I imagine what happens when sending the file is that on their storage network/database they probably keep that file linked to the account that was created/existed for that beta application. Meaning, your account is what identifies what system properties you have. What I'm guessing could have happened is that when you updated the dxdiag file to EA/Origin, maybe there was something wrong with the server/path and it was sending that same file to the same repository as other people causing the problem (not you, but the website) Either way, I'm glad it worked. Hope to be your neighbor

I'm trying to sign up but it says it can't move my dxdiag files. I'm in. Apparently your dxdiag file name has to be unique. No other user can have used the same file name so "dxdiag.txt" will only work for one person. I added a bunch of gibberish to the title and it worked. EA. I don't think that's the reason. I submitted mine without changing the title. Probably a server hiccup. It could be. I found that answer from the EA boards, but I wonder if there is a cycle time involved or something. Considering that most beta's I've participated (and that's many) they all ask for the dxdiag.txt and I have never heard of anyone having problems with sending the file if the file was the same name as other people signing up.

Smith had a nice TD pass. Threw the ball to Brett Swain and the defender didn't even knew the ball was in the air. While Smith didn't get sacked, he was hurried quite a few times and had to improvise often. Colin K had a nice TD run, but his throwing mechanics is just weird and awkward. Thought the starting D gave up some nice passes by the Vikings. I miss Blake Costanzo. I noticed they don't do that weird formation prior to kickoff, guess that was Blake's thing I never realized how big Brandon Jacobs is. I think just by having him on the team will significantly improve our 3rd down conversion rate

Football is finally back. Last week we saw the cheaters, I mean the Saints beat the Cardinals in the HOF game Last night we witnessed the exciting high scoring game between the Bills and the Redskins Tonight we get to see if all the baseball training Alex Smith participated in during the off-season paid off! I kid, I kid.
Football is back!
What is your favorite team, and for fun so that we can compare at the end of the season, what do you think their record will be when it's all said and done?

First thing to do is run a credit check...
That said, I'm not sure it can be identity theft if they're not using your identity...
I;d think the biggest concern would be title fraud on your house or something. That said, I've gotten phone calls for other people for years before, sometimes people just really don't update stuff... Can you find out if sa Jessica Dean ever lived there?
That's an easy one. I'm the original owner

So a few years ago we bought a house. I'm not sure when it started happening, but definitely in the last year, every once in a while we would get mail for a person named Jessica Dean. On the mailing label, there was a forward label to a different address (like if you just moved). The funny/weird part is that it's the same apartment complex that we moved from to live in our current house
I thought that was weird and a coincidence, and I would just put it back in the mailbox stating return to sender.
Today, an alarm company salesman comes to our door and asks for Jessica Dean stating that the Census shows her as the owner. I know on my paper work it's under my wife and my name.
Now that the Census is showing that it has me a little concerned. I don't even know where to begin to straighten this out.
Any ideas?
