Gaming / Multiplayer Madness (MMO or otherwise) / EQ2. i hate it.

Im sorry you cant be bothered to actully read your quest journal. You know the place where it tells you who to talk to and what zone(even near a certain location in zone). Then if you still cant be bothered to look for the NPC you could just ask a guard where they are and get a nice shiney waypoint marker that'll lead ya right to it. As far as your commlands comment yes its big. I guess they could have broken into smaller zones for you to load but you didnt seem to like those either. I find it hard to believe you played EQ1 soo long with they're more cryptic/ harder quest. Scribes are in just about every city zone...they are listed on your map. Read the manual about upgrading your spells...you did read the manual right?

Having a hard time finding quest NPC's? Just ask your local guard! Easy as that. Right click a guard and highlight the 'find NPC' option. Then type in the name exactly as it is ( first and last if given). If your in the right zone and somewhat close(theres a radious limit) you will be given a waypoint to follow to it. I'l lusually ask a guard at one ent/exit of zone, if he doesn't know one at a different one usually does, ocassionly I'll have to ask a guad i nthe middle of zone .

I find it abhorrent that the main requirement for marriage boils down to the presence of a penis and vagina rather than the love and commitment that two human beings share.
Why limit it to human beings? That's pretty narrow-minded. As soon as you find an animal that can give legal consent form, I'll consider that arguement. LOL ! I can see it know. "Bessie just leave your paw mark right here."

Just as a side-note:
People like E_L_K are why R&P discussions should be banned on this forum. Inevitably, internet R&P discussion attracts the scum of the earth who want to post violently unpopular ideas that would have them beaten to a pulp in public. Scared and huddling in their parents' basement, they type their racist, bigoted fears out onto the computer screen in a hope of getting some kind of sick gratification when they have to defend their fetid, broken ideas.
There's a Klan out there for people like you, Koala. Of course, I wouldn't be surprised if you weren't already a part of it. This coming from the guy calling for the Genocide of the Conservative Christians and the Religious Right. too funny.

Way to go, W! The only thing better than W's decisive victory is the angst and depression it is causing in American liberals, Euopean leftists, and of course your friendly neighborhood terrorists. As I believe someone already mentioned: Scoreboard, suckers! Damn, this feels good today. At least your bimbo chimp president lets us all own guns. Expect to be sucking on the end of a rifle if your idiot boy starts fucking up this country any more. Unless Bush really turns things around and brainwashes people in the "other direction," the only way to uproot the sheer ignorance in this country is through civil war with the intended outcome of the genocide of the Conservative Christians and the Religious Right. Right now, violence looks like the answer. Hopefully Bush's religious bent was all a vote collection gag, but if it's not, I have absolutely no qualms in risking my life to overthrow this government or cede from the union. The founding fathers are spinning in their graves. Heil Herr Bush. then Lord in another thread(gay marriage ban in 11 states): Just as a side-note: People like E_L_K are why R&P discussions should be banned on this forum. Inevitably, internet R&P discussion attracts the scum of the earth who want to post violently unpopular ideas that would have them beaten to a pulp in public. Anyone who thinks that the founding fathers "Christianity" is what ours is today is ignorant of the history. Go find a textbook and read up on Naturalism and the Founding Fathers. Thanks for calling me ignorant. This will be my last visit to anything poilitical. Have fun!

What scares me most is that the Bush administration now believes they have a license to kill in the middle east, and if you don't think Iran is next, you're not paying attention.
What this is going to mean is less security for the U.S., not more. When we invade our second middle eastern country, unprovoked, and probably again without U.N. sanctioning, you can bet all hell will break loose, not just there, but here on U.S. soil. The U.S. under Bush, to me, is my worst nightmare ... a hostile aggressor. Something I'm not sure we've ever been before. We've been a defender many times, but invading countries unprovoked is shameful. We're going to greatly intensify Arabic hatred towards us, same as our wrath would be incurred if they were to invade us.
I'm not saying these countries are full of saints, most of them are dispicable dictatorships, but I don't think it's America's place to police them, esp without UN sanction.
A sad day, indeed. Ask Native Americans if we 've ever been hostile aggressors. Ever since the cold war we've had a 'first strike" mentality...for right or wrong.

Thank goodness! Tough race all around and I wish the best to Kerry supporters. I'm personally couldn't be happier with the win and the overall direction it appears the country is leaning. and generally pushing towards a state sanctioned religion. quote] 'In God we trust' 'One nation under God' America was founded on christian beliefs. Wheres the big surprise. edit: sloppy qouting sorry

How about for guys not looking to lose weight? I'm in the gym 3 days a week, but I'd like a good midsection routine at home. easy enough: Straight crucnhes side crunches air bycycling(on your back feet in air and pedal!) leg lifts Do three sets of these with 20-30 of each. Dont stop between exercises. If your just starting working out try 2 sets of each. Add repetitions as needed. Try not to let your feet ever touch the ground if able as well. It hurts at first...alot. Best midsection routine I've ever done/heard of.

Speaking as a New Blooder it would be nice to have something fresher then me . unrelated question? Can I map a weapon slection to some of my extra mouse buttons? Would love to put my translocator on one of my side buttons. Hah. Yes, you can. I used to do this, until I got used to using the mousewheel to rapidly dial in any weapon I want just as quickly as I could fumble around to a particular button. I dont mind scrolling when I got only a few weapons but man when im loaded. I've translocated myself right into a missle before when trying to shoot my own rocket

That's weird. Why would they expect people to be more excited to pay $15 for a movie they've already seen, as opposed to $10 for one they haven't??? Thats easy. Shrek 2 is the highest grossing comedy movie EVAR! That and you can watch it over and over and over for your $15. That and parents dont have to take the kids anywhere just sit um down and turn it on...insta babysitter!

ok guys i think i'm gonna grab a copy of the collectors edition in a few days and join you. am i correct in that all i have to do is use those links you got in the first post and download them to be updated for the server? if so, i'll holler when i pick a copy up and i'm ready to play. that is correct! because you're picking up the ECE at the store, you won't need to download the ECE Bonus Pack (you'll already have it), but you will need to get the rest of the maps. it all adds up to a pretty hefty set of downloads, but it's well worth it in the end. i think i speak for everyone when i say we always look forward to new blood on the server Speaking as a New Blooder it would be nice to have something fresher then me . unrelated question? NM Looked him up. I'm not crazy except I confused the character with the author . I've read the series, I even have an accompining Atlas that has detailed maps/drawings of every location in the novels. The atlas is really nice and an excellent visual for the novels. My then brother-in-law was a huge fan and bought them for me. That ws loooong ago. I enjoyed them! Take 2 parts lord of the rings 1 part greatest american hero(bungling hero not sure how to use his powers) add a heavy sprinkle of self loathing and viola!

Try living in Massachusetts. The republicans don't even bother trying up here. It also makes me feel better about not voting, because no matter who I vote for, the state's going to carry Kerry anyway. I'm pretty sure there's a clause in the Constitution that says MA has to carry democrat. Thats no excuse! Honestly get there and vote at least for your local elections. Those usually have more impact on your quality of life than the national ones anyway.

Every moron on this thread who is flaming Wolverine must never again use the internet while at work for personal reasons (right).
Since I am not throwing stones (and since I'm the boss), that doesn't apply to me. I hardly think internet use is the issue here. More like ditching work for a week and then lying to your employer about getting into a car wreck..thats just wrong. Using a fake personal injury is up there with saying your Uncle died to ditch work. They both prey on peoples sympathy/concern. And it worked. Read where he says they didn't care about his Dr. note because they werre just glad he was ok and not hurt to bad. Meanwhile hes snickering at them for being too stupid to know he was lying. The only "moron" here is Wolverine and people defending such behavior. And Wolverine, You said thanks for the 30 replys with no help. Try rereading this thread and you'll see people werre trying to get you to do the "right" thing.
