Maybe I'm missing something, but I can't figure out how to swing my weapon at the first rat in the tutorial. Using the left mouse button just says "You see a rat", and the right mouse button doesn't do anything. I even reconfigured the swing key to Z and that won't work either. What am I doing wrong? I died in the tutorial. This is embarrassing.

Nevermind. Hold right mouse button and move the mouse in the direction you want to swing.

ever since the Character Horace came into this season(or the last one i can't remember)i have been waiting for him to die....because of Season 2(and the video game)when they found the blue dharma hippy VW van with the skeleton in the jump suit with the name Horace ...so when Sayid picked up that jump suit i just though 'oooohh no'

I think you might have gotten  your skeletons mixed up, for the skeleton in the van was Roger Linus. Remember when Ben took his dad out in the van and gased him? Roger drank a lot and they found all those Dharma beer cans in the back of the van. That happened in Season 3 episode http://lostpedia.wikia.com/wiki/Tricia_Tanaka_Is_Dead. 

Horace jump suit came into play when Locke, Ben and Hurley visited a mass grave of Dhrama people and found Horace's skeleton corpse amongst them. That happened in season 4 episode http://lostpedia.wikia.com/wiki/Cabin_Fever

I think you can only use widescreen dimensions that your video card natively supports (if it doesn't show up under Display Properties/Settings/Screen Resolution you can't use it)

Hmmm, I can't get that widescreen mod to install. It keeps giving me an error after I enter the resolution I want. I took the entire folder off of read only and turned of UAC (in Vista). I also did a full install. Any thoughts?

I was having the same problem with my 4 disc full install until I ran the patch to update to version 1.1. But after successfully installing the widescreen mod, I tried to run it and my screen was all jacked up, so I am back to square one.

Nice: That was a hot mother-daughter combo there. I love watching Judge Judy. It's cool watching her to get to bottom of things during the questioning of the litigants. Another one I enjoy watching is Judge Marilyn Milian on the People's Court. What's also cool about the People's Court is that you get to learn stuff about laws when Harvey Levin explains the legal reasoning about the judge's decision. I also kinda like Judge Joe Brown and Judge Mathis.

Based on that, and without knowing what video card you have running, perhaps you are in need of an upgrade of your GPU instead?

Then it's good thing I never played SWG  Thankfully WOW is not like that because, quite frankly,  I suck at PVP combat, so I mainly played on the PVE servers.

. I love how the ganker is basically wearing a helmet and wields a knife but can one-shot anyone. Crap like that is exactly why I have no intention of playing any MMORPG again. 

Come on now, that scene made for great tv, but it doesn't exactly go down like that in WOW, especially on a PVE server, unless you bring it on yourself. Yeah, on PVP server you can run into some serious ganking problems, but only then in the contested areas.  So if player vs. player combat is not your thing then just play on a player vs enviroment server and you can pretty much play until your hearts content without ever having to worry about being killed by a member of the opposing faction.
