Wow, that looks pretty sweet.  Maybe I should pick up DoW:Platinum.

Yes, you should.  FOR THE EMPEROR!

Also, the end of that video looked like Chaos spunking all over the planet.  Or maybe I'm just channeling Ron Jeremy.

I've been saying for over 10 years that the USA, in its current incarnation, will not survive the next 50 years.

I'll take that bet and meet you back here in 2058.

That's not how that works.  It's like promising to get to something tomorrow.  Today is always today, tomorrow never comes.

And I think sooner than later CA is going to have a big blowup from/about all the Aztlan people when the state govt goes bankrupt from providing all the free services to the border jumpers.

MI, WI, MN, ME, northern NY, and maybe VT and NH will get absorbed back into the Great White North, eh.

I attribute it to past-life karma.  What awful people they must have been!

Not only are they delicious, they are also critical ingredients in a lot of alchemical spells.

That seems sort of odd.  How would anyone know that?  You'd think the Smurfs would have a story about the great Smurf massacre.  Maybe papa smurf was just a baby when it happened and he was the only survivor. They should make the movie about that.

- Jargon for no reason. This is one of the most irritating "errors" because it just shows weak writing skills. "Hey Federal Agent Smith, nice base you have here." "Why thank you. We're running 20 megabit fiber-optic to 6 Cisco routers across a gigabit LAN for maximum throughput. All of our servers have 5 terabyte solid state drives with hydrogen cooling systems and onboard 1 gigabit video RAM." Errr...throwing a bunch of technological terms into a sentence...even if it makes some semblance of sense (which it often doesn't), doesn't impress me much, and - unless you're a computer geek - rarely exists in real conversation.

Why do you hate CTU, and especially Chloe?

Depends on the bullet

.22LR = probably shatter and sluice through your brains like a blender
7.62x54 = through your skull, the window, the wall of the house across the street, the other side of the house, and end up in the 4x4 fencepost at the back of the yard.

You can let your gilrfriend know that studies have clearly shown violence in children is caused by:

1) Rock music
2) Comic books
3) Violent films

You forgot

Pool (especially in River City!)

And the state of being alive, ever.

"The children now love luxury; they have bad manners, contempt for
authority; they show disrespect for elders and love chatter in place
of exercise. Children are now tyrants, not the servants of their
households. They no longer rise when elders enter the room. They
contradict their parents, chatter before company, gobble up dainties
at the table, cross their legs, and tyrannize their teachers.

I never had a problem with Dell's warranty service, but I've heard anecdotal evidence from people who have.

I got myself a small business tower from their ding & dent store.  After a couple of weeks the drive started going bad.  Called them up, had me do some diagnostic thing (I told them it wouldn't boot so we didn't have to go into Windows insanity-land) and they shipped me a new drive no problem.  I also had them send me an XP install disc and the driver disc that I had misplaced.  I had no problems at all, the nice man from India took good care of me. smile

39  Gaming / Analog Gaming / Re: Top 20 Arcade Games of All Time? on: May 08, 2008, 11:40:45 PM
Hoo boy, let's see what I can remember...

Robotron 2084 (the second best game EVAR besides Sinistar, both of which can be impossibly hard)
Satan's Hollow
Moon Patrol
Stargate (but not Defender with it's always cigarette-mutilated control panel  icon_cool )
STUN Runner
Spy Hunter (which I totally and completely sucked at and still do)
Crazy Climber
Street Fighter (the first and greatest)
Galaga 88 (I played it every time I took my break when I worked at Pizza Hut)
Ms. Pac Man
Ikari Warriors
Victory road??? (a fantasy version of Ikari Warriors that you could get a sword in and if you could live with the blisters you get from incessantly spinning the controller you could basically whack away every bullet and baddy that the game threw at you)
Space Duel
Space Harrier
Wizard of Wor
The sit down version of the Star Trek simulator game

There are probably plenty more.  The first time I played Rampart I was in Berlin in an arcade that was apparently connected to a strip club by a door inside the building.  All I cared about was the game.  Silly me.   retard
