Up grade or buys new pc to accomodate new games. Last week $875.
GB: color so my kid could could stop hagging the systems.
GBA so my kids stop fighting over the GB: color
GB: SP so my kids could stop asking me to buy more batteries

Games do sell systems
so does kids.

Does anyone know if BF:V can run on a PCI Express card?

Like I said before hack-N-slash really aint\wasn't my thing.

This game is realy off the chain, I think this will be one of the few I will actually finish. To replay that never happen unless your a GTA title other than that it will be letf to see.
This is a must own title.

Diablo 2 was my last hack&slash, and that is when it first came out.
FPS,RPG, strat, sports\racing & mmrpg. have been my joy since then.
played for 6 hours straight and I must say. The graphics are grrreat for a PS2 game. I felt like I was playing on the Box.
So when I say this game is a must have it is.
The camera cannot be controled but it is always in the right place.
the action is exciting and intense. with lots of eye candy.
the puzzels so far have all been common scense but creative.
I have not found the game difficult at all. I have died more from not cordinating a jump correctly that from the baddies.
Life and mana are all over and there is no shortage of them at all.
Save and restart points or perfect also.
Most important of all for me there is no respawning if you cleard an are and had to go back, thank god.
in 6 hours I saved the orcle and fought one boss Hydra maybe two if madussa is considered a boss.
I am now on the road to find pandoras box. so If anyone need help just give a shout..
If you are someone who can play for 1-2hours at a time and hate doing the same thing over and over this is the game for you.
I am realy enjoying it considering I went to the store to buy TimeSplitter:FP

Via 'rest mode'? Care to define that exactly? What happens to it?

The computer shuts down but in sleep mode I know this because the sleep light is on.
And the only way I can turn it on is to turn off the pc and start it up again.

every time I run a program\game on my pc with in 2-5min of softwear load up the computer shuts down via rest mode. Why is this happening and how can I fix it.

I picked up the demo today and I must say it is a realy good and fun game. I am normaly iffy by demos but when you think about a hundred mission that can be done any which way.
I have played the demo like 12 times so far and each time was differant.
I however notice there is cash deductable for useing certain powers like air striks and bunker buster bombs, so imagin the grand scale to the game with the whole fraction balanceing act and taking jobs that earn you money to lay the bombs on the enemy.
What I did not like was the AI seems to be retarded. explosing and people getting shot right in front of them and they are like duuhhh ok.
I hope this is/was just for the demo sake I did also notice the demo lets you spend more than you earned,so it may just all be part of the see what you can do gimmic to sell the game.

The one thing I didn't like is that your guy could take a LOT of bullets before he dies. Mind you, Ghost Recon 2 kinda quick deaths wouldn't be fun, but your character can take a whole clip before he's dead. Wink Kinda unrealistic and almost smacked of being arcade-ish. I'm not sure if that was a big enough turn off to not purchase the game.

Well last night I ran into a group that asked my lvl 8 hunter to join them.
they were at the Ice lake in the dwarf and troll area. One was a lvl 10 warrior and a lvl 9 paladin elf.
These fools would camp right in the middle of where the lvl 11+ leprecans\trolls :? ..... short little green things keep spawning and then sourronding us and wopping our butts we some how would escape with just a little of life left. and before you knew it vavoom the spawned again.
I quickly realized where we would be heading and at that point I left the group with no hard feelings or guilt at all especially when I continued my quest and came upon their dead bodies near the road side. It looked like there decission to run was a little to late. :roll:

I realy want to play with some people that know what they are doing I enjoyed CoH to a point. and it was easy to jump into, however this game seems alot deeper.

I really only wanted an XBox when Fable went gold
I did not get it on release instead I got it for Halo2
but Fable keep burning in my head.

As a senior store manager I know how important it is to make the customer happy. If I was you I would take the game along with the the proof of purchase and raise hell in the store demanding your money back or a new game.
Ask for the DM # along with the corprate number.
most managers know when it goes that far the customer will come out on top and they the manager will be looked down upon.
you may receive up $25 in gift card or the above a new copy of the game and a free strat guide.
Dont take this sitting down.

I did not make the upgarade I will save that money for something else.
