I've never had any problems with ATI drivers so long as I followed the, granted annoying, instructions. Maybe things are different now since the last set I used was 7.1, but I never had issues with ATI drivers. However, there is another option from omegadrivers.net. These usually have options to tweak certain cards and get a little more out of them, but the standard set is quite effective in my experience.
Nvidia has sued a few sites that tried to offer custom drivers into oblivion; allegedly in the name of quality control. Such is their right, and some will argue it's their virtue.
I have nothing against Nvidia or their products. Whatever offers the most kick for the best price is all I care about.
Back to point, the CRT failing and now the DVD player...what kind of power supply are you using?

I've never really been able to turn the game on with the controller by itself. In Wii-sports I've always been able to go to the More button, press 1&2 for a few seconds, and it came to life.
Perhaps I'm not turning it on. How does one do that part?

Ok, I've been all over and I can't find what I'm doing wrong here. I am trying to get a 2nd player into two different games now and it doesn't just work like it should.
The first one was Madden 08. I go to the screen where it simply says "Press A to join" and I get nothing. I thought it was a flaw with the game itself, but now I see the same problem for this other title I'm reviewing. Simply "Press A to join" taunts me in the upper right corner, but nothing doing.
The controller works great in Wii Sports, batteries are fresh, and the little red sync button in the battery compartment doesn't help.
Anyone have any ideas?

I can't get a consistant "throw" from this damned thing. First time i made it out the window i did a loop-de-loop and then a double loop-de-loop right at the chimney which i thot killed my momentum. But, the second time out the window i had no loop-de-loops and only went an extra 2m for whopping record on 69.34m

spam gone totally purposeful. I love it!!!
NODERAILFORYOU! I played Pong, but I am pretty sure Combat was first. Though there may have been a Space Lander game on my TRS-80 before that. Not positive on the timeline and with the tape-drive it used I might have obtained a 2600 and played Combat before the Space Lander game was ready to go.

Make sure you instill a huge desire to keep the teeth clean during and afterwards. Many people with braces fall out of the habit of flossing (because of the wires). However, the discomfort is going to be all for naught if the mouth isn't kept healthy.
Brush after every meal -- take the travel toothbrush to school and brush after lunch too -- and floss too, or all that money you spend will amount to nothing but more dental bills later.
I did none of these things when I had braces and my teeth are in decent shape. I thot the same thing till last checkup.

Just do what I do. Realize how very awesome you are and that you only need yourself. At that point, everything comes easy.

And if that doesn't work, try large piles of cash.

If you got the apple from the Wicked Step-Mother ... the sticker is the least of your problems. If you bought it from a store and did not wash it ... the sticker is the least of your problems.
Otherwise, a very small bit of paper and even the most toxic of bio-degradable adhesives is probably not an issue.

Here == Scottsdale, AZ It was around 115 here last week...been in the 100s this week (with rain, which means YAY HUMIDITY DEATH). I'm in Phoenix, so I know the Summers can blaze (120'F a couple days a year tho avg is prolly like 108), but the Winters are very nice. Typical hi on Christmas day is 60'F. The 5 weeks of "humidity" brought on by our monsoons is kind of gross, but those wonderful rainshowers are so nice.

Well it IS free and interoperable and now segregated from Quicktime so I'm merely jesting, but I hope that they can patch this thing up appropriately because it seems like a nice, if insanely expensive, phone/gadget.

we've purchased would be better than boughten too, BUT...I have a
Home Designs, 4 slot, bagel-wide, and option to only toast the one side (for bagels, but works really great for BLTs) I got it at Fry's food and drug grocery story, in their home section, and paid like 15.99 or something like that for it.. 3 years ago and its strong. GRANTED, I don't use it every day, but often and repeatedly.
edit for n00biness
