881  Gaming / Console / PC Gaming / Anyone else impressed with the DS games at E3? on: May 18, 2005, 07:16:50 PM
I was very impressed with the DS news out of E3 so far. That coupled with the general knowledge we had up until this week, and the endless hours of enjoyment I've gotten out of it already, and I don't regret the purchase for a second. I was initially disappointed with the online delay but it looks as though the wait will be well worth it.

I've never played either Duel Masters or Yu-Gi-Oh. Have you? How do they compare to each other in terms of gameplay, card types, strategy, dempth, etc?  (not necessarily the GBA game but the actual CCG itself)

Great info, stiffler. Thanks!

I took your post and ran with it. Found quite a few reviews on all the YuGiOh games for the GBA and it looks like there are two standouts of the bunch; the ESD title and the World Wide Edition: Stairway to Destiny Duelists (?). I'm fairly excited to try either title but wasn't able to find them locally last night. I'll check a few more places in town and hit the Internet if I can't find it by the weekend.

Great question! I've been wondering the same thing for quite some time now and couldn't have typed this better myself. I'd love to see some answers here.

Phantasy Star Online III has REALLY done a great job in scratching this itch for me, as has Baten Kaitos, but I'd love something for my DS.
